Main House : Enormous living/dining room with designer open plan kitchen opens directly onto deck and beach . Prepare your meals at the very expansive island bench in the kitchen while gazing at 180 degree views of Jervis Bay
We also provide pantry needs with a large range of herbs, spices, salt, pepper, tea , coffee, oils , vinegars , flour etc so you don't have to bring your whole kitchen with you
We also provide every kitchen implement you could possibly need to whip up a gourmet masterpiece if you love cooking
The dining table seats 14 comfortably while the lounge area features a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix etc
There is also an enormous entertaining deck and BBQ area at the rear of the house with state of the art Weber gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and sun lounges for when the breeze gets a little brisk or for a sun trap to sunbake in during winter
The bedding configuration in the main house comprises:
Bed 1 : King bed and ensuite bathroom
Bed 2: double bed (share bathroom)
Bed 3: Queen bed and 2 single bunks and ensuite
Bed 4: Queen bed (share bathroom)

Separately accessed areas to spread out:
2 queen bedrooms with own living/ dining /kitchenette

1 king studio room with own bathroom and deck with water views.

There is also a further bathroom in the laundry
We provide doonas, blankets, doona covers and pillows plus hand towels and tea towels.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels or we can recommend a linen service
Please note that we have a 4 night minimum for Christmas and Easter and a 3 night minimum for long weekends and public holidays.

Family Birthday Weekend
The house was a perfect place to get family together for a birthday celebration. The design of the house comfortably accommodates 12-14 people with plenty of privacy, space and bathrooms. The outdoor areas are perfect for sunset drinks on the deck with an uninterrupted bay view. The owner, Therese made the booking process very smooth and helped with some more specific questions I had with quick and helpful replies. Would love to stay there again.

Amazing beach house
We rented this property for my mums 75th birthday. Was the perfect location suiting all age ranges from 4-80. The option of renting both the studio and the cottage gave everybody their own space when needed. The main living was the perfect size for bringing everyone together for drinks and meals. The view was just beautiful and the locality to the beach allowed the kids to play in the beach whilst we sat on the deck. The kitchen had every cooking instrument you could possibly think of and although we didn’t use the fire due to the weather it goes perfectly with the setting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a group getaway!

Extremely friendly and helpful owner. The view is breathtaking. The house is clean and well-maintained supplied with all necessaries. Ceiling fans in every room might be adequate for most people but It would be more perfect if there could be air conditioning as well.

Beautiful exceptional large beach front home.
The property didn’t disappoint on any level. The beds are super comfy and the easy care flow of the property made it absolutely perfect for a weekend escape with all the family. The grandchildren loved the beach as did the adults. There wasn’t anything missing to fulfill our needs, so well designed and furnished for an easy care holiday.Ample well appointed accommodation for us all and plenty of lovely bathrooms. Great place for big family
Our family of 12 adults and 2 toddlers had a very relaxing get together time at Bella Vista. It is in the best location with the best view one can ask for in the South Coast. Sad to leave but we will be back . Thanks Tess for everything!

Lovely beach weekend away with the family in Tess’s beachside home!
We recently stayed with the family for a long weekend and had a great time! The beachfront is so picturesque you won’t need to leave the house and backyard (which is also the beach)..... lovely evenings on the deck and early morning beach walks. The home is well fitted out and equipped! Thanks for having us.

If you’re looking to get away for the weekend this is the most stunning place! The entire house is kitted out for everything you could possibly need. And the view is absolutely spectacular! A long weekend with old friends
Bella Vista was the perfect place to stay for our reunion with 7 couples. We all loved the peaceful location, right on the beach, with stunning views. Dolphins, kookaburras and wildlife provided the entertainment. The house was ideal for our group who loved cooking in the massive kitchen, with everything you need for gourmet meals. We used the main house (4 bedrooms), the optional two bed room apartment and the 1 bedroom unit with ocean views, giving us lots of quiet spaces and plenty of bathrooms. Its a great base for kayaking, swimming, eating out (Husskisson and Culburra beach cafes and restaurants). We highly recommend staying here as the flexible living spaces make it easy for families or large groups.

The most perfect view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bellavista! it was the perfect spot for our large group with enough space to comfortably sit together to enjoy lunch, play games and catch the beautiful early morning sun. The view is immaculate and the crystal clear water can be seen from the entire main house. Will definitely stay again, highly recommended.

2.5 hours drive from a Sydney and a million miles from care - you can really relax here whether the weather is sunny( swim, kayak , paddle board or snorkel) or when it’s cold ( light the slow combustion fire or rug up and go for long walks )
