Only a 10 minute walk into Dunsborough town centre, and a short stroll to the Geographe Bay Beach.

- 10 minutes to Caves Road where Western Australia's renowned Margaret River Wineries are located.
- Short drive to multiple caves, surfing, cafes, beaches.
- 30 minute drive to Margaret River Town Centre.

2 Storey home, neutral decor throughout, carpeted bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, 1 queen bed in the upstairs second bedroom, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in the upstairs 3rd bedroom.

- Reverse cycle split system downstairs and Ducted Reverse Cycle Conditioning in 2 Upstairs Bedrooms.
- Double Garage
- Fully equipped kitchen and living area with outdoor BBQ for family living and entertaining.

Outside yard opens to a small deck, BBQ is available to use, enclosed lawn area suitable for the kids that also backs onto the golf course.

- Minimum 2 Night Stay

- Linen not supplied. You will need to provide your own linen (bed sheets, bath mats and towels). A front load washing machine is available in the laundry for you to use.

Fabulous location for us!
The accommodation was in a perfect location for us with friends only a short walking distance away. Very close walk into town. A lovely modern home, spotless and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio decking area out the back in the afternoon having a few drinks and nibbles watching the golfers stroll by. Thank you very much! Adam and Lisa

The house is perfect to holiday at. The location is also very handy to all shops. Walking distance.

Great stay!
Naomi took on our booking very last minute and was quick to communicate which made life so much easier. Hubby was able to go down and enjoy his 40th surfing and relaxing with friends, house was just as described. Very happy.

Great little house & great location but not all areas were properly cleaned & no WiFi
Overall we had a really great stay & liked the house however there were areas that were not cleaned properly (cobwebs & spiders in the bathroom & all over the legs of the outdoor table). The kitchen tap was broken & so was a wheel on the bbq. Also didn’t realise there wouldn’t be wifi which wasn’t the end of the world but was a bit annoying as we had a child using technology etc
