5 minutes walk to famous Werri Beach. Main beach (surfing) Werri lagoon (great spot for the kids to have a splash) and Ourie rock pools (large tidal pool and kids wading pool). Ocean view from the alfresco deck.
5 minutes walk to central town shops, including supermarket, pharmacy, florist, clothing boutiques, ice creamery, restaurants, cafe's, surf shop, homewares.... Short stroll to famous Werri Beach fish shop / playground / skate ramp / Gerringong bowling club.
Well looked after residential home in central, yet quiet neighbourhood. We love to share this beautiful, tranquil home with you and am sure you will have a fabulous time.

Please note our change over day is SUNDAY. Please book your stay accordingly. Unfortunately we can't accept your booking if wish to check in or check out on another day than Sunday. The minimum booking is 7 nights.
NO PARTIES AND NO VISITORS. This is a family home and will only be rented out to a family or a respectful group of friends. The maximum capacity is four adults. No additional guests are allowed on the property (this includes the garden) at any time.
Non compliance to the above policies result in immediate eviction from the property.
