The Palm Beach Holiday House has a spectacular waterfront location. Just walk a few steps to the crystal clear waters of Palm Beach or relax on the balconies and gaze at the stunning views. Only 40 minutes from Perth, 20 minutes from Fremantle and a comfortable stroll to the cafe's, shops and restaurants on the Rockingham Foreshore. This is the perfect relaxing holiday getaway location.

The light airy interior of the beach house is refurbished with contemporary comfortable furnishings and is laid out over 3 split levels. The ground floor consists of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area all boasting beautiful sea views. Walk out of the glass sliding doors to an outdoor eating area beside the front lawn which overlooks the beach. A laundry and powder room is also located on this level. Up just a few steps to the three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen sized master room, a double room and one bedroom with bunks.

Up a further few steps to a generous sized second living area and balcony with BBQ. This level has spectacular views of the Sound, Garden Island and the beach.

A lovely outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property provides another more private and protected outdoor space for BBQ's and relaxing.

Off street and undercover parking is provided in the double garage which has direct access into the downstairs living area.

Overall a very good stay. Only negatives were the strong paint smell throughout the property and very low roof at entrance of garage, hence unable to park in garage.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do, beaches, shopping, dining out or takeaways, cafes etc. Excellent views. The property is clean & tidy, roomy enough for adults with children/ teenagers. Basically it has everything you need while on holiday.

Hi, absolutely loved the location of the property. Even though we were on a main road it was surprisingly quiet and the facilities were very comfy. Our only problem was the room for the car was a bit tight because of the fridge. We were very reluctant to move on as we enjoyed our stay so much. Thanks Jan

Nice beachfront townhouse
This is a comfortable townhouse facing the beach. Good property for a family or group. Great location - just a walk across the road to paddle with the toddler or play in the park. Nice little coffee shop in the next block. Shops and main swimming beach about 1.5km down the road. Kitchen has all the basics and it was handy having access to the washing machine and drier. There are two living areas both with TVs - while not needed for our group, would be handy for those with older children. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This property is one of the highest standard private holiday rental accommodations I have ever stayed at in Australia. It is very well appointed, everything worked. Excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort. The position is within walking distance of the shops and cafe's, but far enough away from noise and crowds to get a good nights sleep. The beach is just across the road. It has a lovely balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two media outlets to allow kids and adults un-interrupted TV time. Property managers were available at all times for any minor queries.

Lovely Holiday House
Fab location across from the beach. Great views. Generally quiet and nice neighbours. The beach is white sand and there are nice trees to sit under if you have elderly with you who cannot tackle the sand. They can sit on the green grass, behind the beach itself, and still see the ocean and enjoy the breezes. The water is very shallow so VERY suitable for small children. Highly recommend this house.

This property is everything you would need, home away from home. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoyed our morning coffee up on the balcony every single morning. Definitely want to stay again. Top house in a top location
Perfect house in a perfect location. Close enough to all the cafes, bars and restaurants to stroll to (1.6km’s) but far enough away to still be peaceful. The north facing aspect makes it a rare find around Perth as the house gets plenty of sunshine but is protected from the south westerly winds. The house is extremely well fitted out with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Gillian was kind enough to allow us to bring our boat and store it in the courtyard and with 3 boat ramps 50 metres away our stay was complete. Also a great spot to paddle board and cycle from. Thank you guys for a great holiday.
