The apartment is the bottom level of a stunning architecturally designed beach house. The owner resides part time in the top level.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with linen supplied (2 king, 1 queen and 1 single bed). 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with both bath and shower. Standard quoted price is for the 2 main bedrooms. The third bedroom is at an addition cost at a per head basis please discuss preferred sleeping arrangements with owner.
