If you are looking to stay Bayside and want something that is just a little bit different then Hampton Lookout is for you.

This boutique apartment has its own large rooftop terrace (in fact it is the size of the apartment's footprint) which will be a fantastic added bonus for you to enjoy during the warmer months. The outdoor lounge and dining space is all about style and comfort. It is truly a place to relax and unwind and enjoy the ambience of the bay view.

Hampton Lookout has been styled to impress with its beautiful fresh look and soft toning throughout. This walk-up apartment on the 3rd floor (stair access only) features 2 bedrooms, open plan living, plantation shutters, along with a good sized kitchen which is equipped with a full complement of modern appliances, including stone bench tops. Both bedrooms are well proportioned with built in robes and deluxe king beds. The second bedroom offers a flexible bedding option as the king bed can be split into 2 single beds.

The sparkling fully tiled bathroom offers double vanities, walk in shower and polished chrome tapware to finish. Just outside the bathroom door you will find a separate toilet, as well as laundry facilities neatly tucked away Euro-style.

With this apartment you get 2 car spaces, the beach within 5 minutes walk, and an outstanding position as it's on the doorstep of Hampton Street shops, public transport, cafes and restaurants.
