DUNDERAVE - BEACHFRONT LUXURY

This incredible home is perched on the edge of a National Park, it is a 50m stroll to Spoon Bay, a peaceful and secluded beach perfect for snorkelling, swimming and fishing. Scattered with natural rock pools its great for all the family to enjoy. Walk along the beach to Wamberal and then on to Terrigal's cafes and restaurants. Dunderave has 270 degree panaromic views from virtually every room with the use of expansive glass creating a seamless indoor/outdoor environment - travel via the internal lift to step out onto the outdoor entertaining area with heated spa and outdoor kitchen. The property caters for guests of all mobilities. With state of the art technology and appliances throughout and the finest in all fittings nothing has been overlooked. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens - both kitchens have dining table for 10. The upper kitchen also has a butlers pantry. Six bedrooms - 4 with queen beds, 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. Dunderave also has 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living and dining areas. On the upper floor there is a beautiful reading room stocked with books or sit in the observatory with its gas fireplace and watch the whales go by. Dunderave is perfect for families who like to holiday together but also like to have their own space to retreat too. Everything has been thought of to ensure your stay is memorable. Take some time out to enjoy yourself - we are just one hour from Sydney!

The most magnificent property in what is no doubt the the most prized position anywhere on the coast. My wife and I had decided to get together with our two daughters , sons-in-law and five grandchildren to celebrate my wife’s 70 th birthday This was my first experience at this style of accommodation I will be coming back to Dunderave. What a beautiful weekend we all had !!! Thank you so much for all the efficient communication back & forth you were great We loved our weekend so much , the house the layout the ocean the walks the view so beautiful & fun fun fun and the girls think we will be back to dundarave for sure Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 but Can I give a few minor suggestions to owner Full length mirrors in all the bedrooms or one big one somewhere- we used the lift one 🤣🤣 Hooks on backs of bedroom or bathroom doors to hang towels to dry Cover on lights panel in bedrooms so they don’t glow at night Instructions in bbq area Re spa use & how to use & since the house sleeps 12 the spa could be a bit spa - very squishy for 8 even . That’s it !!! Everything else was absolutely PERFECT !! These few things are Just some little added touches to make it more perfect than it already is - 🤗🤗 Thank you so much Anne & Friends ❤️❤️

This was our second time staying here and again it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular! There is everything you need and more provided with the house. The property managers Sam & Alex were so easy to communicate with and we’re prompt with their replies. I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

The most amazing property I’ve ever stayed at
The property was exactly as it was described in the listing, I would even go to say I think it was even better in real life. The quality of home, all inclusions and the view was spectacular with uninterrupted privacy the whole weekend. The entire process with Sam from start to finish was excellent and she was very helpful and easy to deal with, even giving me recommendations of local restaurants to go for dinner as we weren’t familiar with the area. We would highly highly recommend this property and would definitely love to return one day in the future for another stay at this stunning property.

This property is absolutely amazing!!!! The view is spectacular and it has everything you need and more. We had such a wonderful time we even saw a pod of dolphins swim by. I would highly recommend this property, we cannot wait for our next stay at Dunderave.

Perfect location for a family holiday
We stayed at Dunderave with our extended family of 10. The house is fantastic with plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. The views are out of this world and the access to the beach is easy and convenient. All of our dealings with Sam were great and she met us at the house and made sure we were up to speed with the technology which runs the house. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Dunderave and Sam.
