Sunny Beach Haven Moffat

Ideally located only 5 minutes walk from beautiful Moffat Beach and its many cafes and restaurants, this freshly renovated beach house is the perfect place for a relaxed stay.

With a lovely big deck and fully fenced garden, the property is suitable for families and pets. The two bedroom, two bathroom house is air conditioned with spacious kitchen, living and verandah. All appliances are brand new, including the bbq. The large garden has a lovely grassed area to enjoy with family or friends.

Moffat Beach headland is a renowned surfing spot. Tooway Creek also runs to the beach and is a gentle and safe place for kids to swim. An off-leash dog beach is the next beach north. The park in front of the beach has large grassed areas, shady trees and multiple playgrounds for children and is a perfect place for lunch.

Shelly and Kings Beaches are also a short walk away and it's only a 2min drive to the local commercial centre, Caloundra high street.

Pets are welcome in the garden but definitely not inside. No linen provided. Contacts for a linen service are provided on booking.

Amazing place in paradise
We stayed for a week and loved the property, it had everything we needed and more. A short stroll to cafes and a beautiful beach. We also loved that we were able to bring our dogs away too. Would love to stay again

Best place ever!
The property has everything needed to be self sufficient and the huge back deck was a bonus! We spent most of the time when we were ‘home’ out back. Location is close to all and we had a brilliant time. Highly recommend this property to all.

Great place to stay
Loved our short break here. The photos don’t do it justice - this is a lovely beach home with a modern renovation. Two minute drive or a fifteen minute stroll to many beaches and the Caloundra shopping area. Great all around.

This was a lovely property for a family holiday. The house and backyard allowed plenty of room for children to play. The house was clean and well stocked with quality appliances and cookware.

Wonderful place! Had a lovely time. The only thing that was not like in the pictures was the BBQ...Was expecting the grid style BBQ not a plate and also considered using the pizza oven which was non existing, but all in all a great spot with a lovely covered outside area which was wonderful when it rained

Absolute bliss!
The house was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 10 days and were so sad to leave! It was private which was a huge tick for us as a family and loved the outdoor deck at the back - we spent most of our time out there, was very relaxing! Thank you so much Matthew for everything and we certainly hope to return one day in the future.

Location was great even though it is on a main road. Beaches are beautiful including the beaches that our dog was allowed to swim and walk on. The house was clean and set out is very relaxing with plenty of cutlery cooking utensils etc. We enjoyed the deck and plenty of fresh air. We had a wonderful stay

A little oasis close to all
We were very happy with our stay at this wonderful Moffat Beach cottage. We were five minutes to anything, and even though it was situated on a fairly main road, you wouldn’t know- the home was very private, and there was very little road noise. The property was very thoughtfully landscaped, making it feel secluded whilst welcoming lots of wildlife. The home itself was very well appointed with everything we could need and more. We will definitely book again.

Being both in our 70’s and my husband has mobility problems we found the lack of hand rails an issue, especially to access the lock box. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the veranda was a well used space.

Lovely property
Staying for a sporting event, the house was in a great location and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back as a family when we dont have the sporting commitments so we can enjoy the outside deck and yard. Will also bring the dog next time! Hopefully can secure the house for xmas 2025 (as this year is already booked)

Great house, great location
We had a great time, the house layout was perfect for our needs: bedroom with ensuite was for the oldies and the family of 4 had the other room and used the main bathroom. Perfect! Kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. Kid friendly beach was walking distance. We were first timers and nervous, owner communicated well and reassured and everything was as he said it would be...Thanks heaps Matthew!

A Little Piece of Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moffat Beach. The house was close to everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for the kids. The property was well equipped, new, fresh and a perfect little beach house. We thought the area was lovely and it was a beautiful location to take a small family. The only drawback was that Maltman Rd is busy but the house and garden were so relaxing and the yard was fully fenced that it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for our stay.

We love this beautiful property & beachside suburb
We returned 3 months after our first visit, because we love this property and beachside suburb so much. Cannot recommend it enough. We spent our evenings and nights on the beautiful deck playing cards, what our mornings were taken up with casual walks into the Main Street and swimming at the beautiful beach. Can’t wait to return again soon! Thanks again!!
