This is a 3 bedroom home sleeping up to 9 people. It has a queen in 1 room, a double in the second room and 2 bunks snd 1 single bed in the third room. It has a large lounge that leads to main bedroom. Fully contained kitchen and bathroom come laundry. You get your own patio with BBQ plus this home has a carport. It has a back patio to great for kids play area or relaxing .
LINEN is provided in the price but if you choose to bring your own we will deduct $10 per person staying of your booking total

Our stay in Kalbarri

The property was okay to stay. The only thing that spoilled our stay were the Bed sheets that seened not clean. Evidence of human hair was in two or three beds. The other bedrooms did not have aircon . Otherwise everything else was excellent !! A big thank you for letting us stay.

Comforts of a house after smaller motel stays

There were only 2 of us, so we used the best-looking room, which had a comfortable queen bed slightly on the soft side and a tad squeaky. The room air conditioning was too cold and we couldn't see a way to adjust it, so just used the one in the kitchen. Importantly, we had good sleeps on both our nights there. A night lamp would've been nice to have though. The TV had great reception and channels like SBS Movies. After our stays in small motel rooms, it was really nice having a big bathroom/laundry to work in and a clothesline to use. Key was in the front door on check-in and left the same way on checkout, so never saw the owner, which we didn't mind at all. Had all the info we needed in emails and in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, though we didn't need to make full use of it. We appreciated the nice clean kettle. As I said, we only used the queen room, but had a look at the bunk beds and they seem more worn out, to be honest. The third room was locked (at least, we couldn't open it), which was a bit spooky as it was unexpected. The old screen doors need the most care- very hard to open/close and lock (goes up/down).

Had a great stay, house was lovely and neat - close to town and a park right across the road

Great experience, such a beautiful place to stay. Toddlers loved it there, so close to the beach and a short drive to the amazing national park

Rustic beach holiday house.

The accommodation is very basic, but perfect for a group of people enjoying a beach side holiday. Kate was fantastic, at the last minute we had two last extra people join us, for a small extra fee she gave us extra linen etc to accommodate our changes. Fantastic location, a couple of minute walk to the main part of town and beach.

Great stay and location

Myself and friends stayed here during our uni break and had a great time. Location is really close to everything including national park and Blue Holes. Communication with Kate was really easy and felt really accomodating.

Lovely host family

I'd like to thank the host for going beyond the expectations and helped us. Our car had a flat battery when we were just about to leave and the host and her son were extremely helpful as well as their mechanic friend. I'll b back to this beautiful part of Australia and couldn't recommend this place more. Top rated for sure. Much appreciated. Luiz

Find somewhere else!!

Honestly I never give a negative review, I appreciate people hard work. But Kate the owner was not reliable at all, hard for me to type this review, so sad but for future reference I will not refer this accomodation to you. The owner changed my accommodation on last minute of my arrival, I accepted that because she said have a family funeral urgency. I'm fine with that as long the the house exactly the same with what I expected, But she charged me extra. She said the house exactly the same but it was not, bedrooms different. Advertise (2 bunk beds and 1 single) Real (1 bunk and 1 single) I booked the accomodation for 9 people in but she said I only booked for 6 people. Excuse me! we traveled far from exmouth and we booked most of the accomodation for 10 people. Another feedback, Layout of the bathroom, toilet, shower and laundry is open plan and no lock. Pretty much weird if you stay with more than 1 family and someone want to go to the toilet and someone inside shower or other way around. Hahha.. I believe this house can accomodate for 9 people. Should be thinking of that I guess. We stayed from 7pm-8am the hot water like a broken sprinkle, very little. Find other good houses for your perfect holiday! There is a lot of good houses for rent with reliable owner near the town. Good luck!

Appropriately priced, great location

Had everything we needed for family of 7 to have comfortable holiday. Opposite well equipped park allowing us to enjoy chess and boche. Would expect rooms would be very hot in summer months. Glad we took our own pillows.

Great location, simple, good value

We stayed here in September with our 19 month old and were happy with the value for money. The location is perfect for walking into town, to the beach and pelican feeding etc, whilst also being back from the beach it's also well out of the wind. Kate is friendly and welcoming, and happy to assist with anything. The unit is simple but contains everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor area is great. We only had two areas of feedback: 1. The television in the outdoor area of unit 2 is pointed directly at the outdoor area of this unit, making it unpleasant to sit out and have a meal if your neighbour decides to watch TV (which unfortunately, ours did most of the day at high volume) The outdoor TV's are good in theory but we found them an annoyance more than a convenience. 2. The layout of the lounge/tv room is open plan to the master bedroom. We felt if you were staying with more than one family, it would be a little weird. Perhaps it would be better suited to the dining area? Overall we were happy with this accommodation and the garden is extremely well kept. We also got a visit from the local bobtails which our daughter loved. Thanks for having us.
