PERFECT LOCATION:
The property is located at the end of a quiet court, just 5 minutes flat, easy walk from the centre of Bright. Walk to the Water Park, Bright Brewery and a selection of restaurants and cafes. The Ovens River, with its many kilometres of riverside walking tracks, is just a minute away from the end of the court. The sealed Murray To Mountains Rail Trail starts two blocks from the property.
PETS:
Pets are welcome with open paws - both inside (polished concrete floors) and outside. The back garden is fully fenced and there is a huge dog park 200 metres away. The Ovens River with its miles of riverside walking tracks is at the end of the street. The one proviso is that pets can not be left alone for long periods. There is a 3 hour maximum. If you go for longer they must go out too. We do have a doggysitter available who will come to the house.
The owners have won the Award for Best Pet Friendly Holiday Accommodation in Australia for 12 years

The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay (not per night). This is to cover the extensive extra cleaning we have to do because the house is so large
RATES:
The property has 5 bedrooms/ensuites. Standard rates are based on use of 4 bedrooms/ensuites for up to 8 guests. The 5th bedroom bedrooms/ensuite is $50 per night. Unless booked and paid for the 5th bedroom is locked and unavailable for use.
We shall help you with the choice of bedding (kings or long king singles) after you book .
In standard off peak times it is sometimes possible to take the property as a 3 bedroom option but not through this site. Holidaybright Official Site has details
MINIMUM STAY:
We do not EVER take one night stays on this property - it costs too much to clean
The minimum stay is usually 3 nights. Some exceptions are Easter - 5 nights.
School Holidays is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 3 nights, could be 7 nights – ring to enquire.
CANCELLATIONS:

GOOD TO KNOW - POLITE NOTICE
We have two main rules - both with strict penalties
1. The maximum number of guests is 10 - including children. If more arrive we will evict ALL immediately with NO REFUNDS.
2. No curries or other foods with pungent odours are to be either cooked or reheated on the premises. Penalty $1000 to cover cleaning costs and lost booking as we are unable to rebook the property until unpleasant odours dissipate.
We live next door-we will notice.
The property is in a quiet residential street with elderly neighbours whose privacy and peaceful life we respect. Evictions have been, and will continue to be, enforced.
