Somer Holiday - Somerset Dam

Somer Holiday is a house situated at 10 First Avenue, Somerset Dam. Come and stay and enjoy all manner of water sports as we are close to the spit or just come and stay to relax as our large deck opens on to bush land and comes equipped with a BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a built in wood burning fire place for those winter days.
Your holiday home offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people in total
2 x Queen bedrooms
1x King bedroom with ensuite
2x bedroom with bunk beds
2 x family areas both with TV and Blue Ray players.
Downstairs entertainment area with Slate Pool Table.
Extra downstairs entertainment area with daybed.
Fully ducted airconditioning with individual room controls.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, cooktop, underbench oven and dishwasher.

Weekend on the water
Definitely recommend this property for any group looking to stay at Somerset. We had an awesome weekend at the dam, only five minutes away from The Spit boat ramp. The house’s amenities were in great condition with the kid’s enjoying the pool table and backyard.

Beautiful house in Somerset
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is spacious, super comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The location is great as it's so close to the spit! Has plenty of parking space and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely go back!

Pre Christmas getaway!
A quick 2 night stay before Christmas, plenty of room for the boats and skis, comfy beds and aircon! We were able to check in early and check out late which was fantastic! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

We stay here regularly to enjoy family weekends at Somerset with our wake boat, The house is ideal for our family to relax after a day on the water.

Perfect stay
The property was clean, inviting and had everything you need for a holiday by the dam. Location was fantastic only 4 minutes to the boat ramp and the perfect place for a day camp for people jumping on and off the wakeboat and jetski. Would definitely return

Great Family House
The house was lovely and clean and catered for all our family needs. We have stayed in the area regularly and this house is superior to a lot of other houses locally. Communication with the owners was great and they were very helpful. We will be looking to rent this house again in future. Great stay!

We had a great time at this property. It is well set out for a group and families. The locations is awesome, we were able to meet some of the local neighbours who were all very friendly. Easy to get to and from the fam with our wake boat and easy on street parking. The ducted air conditioner was also very helpful on a warm summer day. We will be back

Lovely spacious house with all the amenaties you want, and more. Very clean and well maintained.
My son was married on Saturday and we stayed 2 nights. Everything we needed was in walking distance. It was lovely, quiet and private, with amazing views of beautiful bushland from almost every window. I definitely recommend this home, especially for a large group. Very comfortable home.

Lovely house at foothills of the mountain
Very lovely and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting with gorgeous mountain backdrop. Clean and well equipped. Communication was friendly and positive. There is no wifi - may be important to know if planning to take teens or stream movies etc. I was grateful for the reminder to bring all towels and sheets incl King size which we had borrow. Great quiet location close to the water and walking/hiking tracks. Thanks Tanya and Kerry for a very special stay.

Simply the Best
The house was better than we had ever expected.. We stayed here for a week over the xmas break and had the best time. When we weren't at the dam; there were plenty of options to keep the kids amused (I even saw my kids playing a board game together). The pizza oven was awesome and got a good work out. The house was spotless and had everything that you could ever want. Thanks Kerry and Tanya for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home; we will be back!!!!

Great getaway
Lovely house, well equiped, lots of yard room if you have little ones to run around. Our stay was only 2 nights, next time we will stay longer so we can enjoy the area and explore a little more. A little disappointed that the carport is now closed in and guests can’t use it as is shown in the photos. Also no garage access.
