Unit 602. Beachy CUTE... is the best way to describe this Gulf front, beautifully decorated, tiled, one bedroom with king bed, with one bath, and one queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, beautiful tiled backsplashes, with updated appliances and table seating for four with three barstools at bar. This unit is adorable and has an awesome view!

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Perfect for FloraBama!
Right next to FloraBama which is what we wanted. The furniture needs updating and the refrigerator was leaking water from the filter- we turned the icemaker off and that stopped it, while we waited for a technician. For the price and location it was worth it- but not as luxurious as we are used to with towels and furniture- but priced right (get what you pay for)

We stayed at this exact same room six years ago. We expected that, according to the description, the room would be remodeled to some degree. This unit has not changed at all. Furthermore, it has gone in the opposite direction. Nothing has been updated or thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator leaks, the bathroom sink sprays water everywhere, the shower stall floor is cracked, the bed mattress is hard, etc. we stayed twice but there will not be a third.

Great location if you want to be close to the FloraBama. Unit is lacking on kitchen supplies if you like to cook a lot. Not a lot of pots and pans. Other than that its a great unit.

Summer Fun!
We enjoy traveling to Orange Beach and staying at the Phoenix X. This condo was very dark and outdated. It could benefit greatly from a cost of light colored paint to freshen it up and brighten the space. It’s very cluttered with kitschy art even a giant bowl of dusty fake fruit. The bed was firm and could benefit from a mattress topper. Overall, this condo was fine but its tired and needs a facelift. It is in a great location with a beautiful view of the beach. The pool area is nice. The management company was thorough and easy to work with.

The place was as advertised! Beautiful view from the balcony and short walk from pool to beach. Beach setup people were excellent to accommodate you during your stay. Everyone from desk to clean up people went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. The only negative we had was the dryer in the condo does not dry. We did report it so hopefully it will be improved.

Nice property. We went at end of April so it wasn’t too crowded. Summer will be crowded and noisy. Unit was good for 2 people. Had most everything we needed but bring a sharp knife and extra toilet paper and paper towels.

We stay at Phoenix X almost every summer, sometimes more than once, and we finally got to knock "NYE @ Flora-Bama" off the bucket list! Would definitely stay in this particular unit again if it was just me, my wife, and our two little dudes. Can't go wrong with Phoenix X!

Honest Opinion
Check in was easy. Condo was nice but could use a few updates but overall nice. Towels were wafer thin and floor was covered in sand when we arrived. No ice in refrigerator so we had to buy ice. Contacted White Shores and could only leave a message. Next day it started working without anything being done to it. I wait for my return call which I never got … I guess they didn’t care if we had ice or not 🙃 View was great. Great location to FloraBama and restaurants. Park on the deck of your floor and there was no fighting elevators. Luggage carts and grocery buggies were available to use on each floor but couldn’t find one on any floor when we tried to leave We had only “1” roll of toilet paper to last 5 days so bring your own or prepare to buy some because they won’t give you anymore. Only get 1 roll of paper towels also FYI.

The floors were not swept yet alone mopped. My feet were black. The blanket in the bedroom has white stuff on it. Either snot or something more disguising. Balcony was not cleaned in months and furniture was rusty and needs to be replaced. The front desk was rude to us because we rented from white shores realty and not Brett/Robinson. When we asked for a roll of toilet paper they told us to go to the store or ask White Shores for a roll.

Loved the area!!!! Restaurants were walking distance. The only real reason I gave it a 4 star on cleanliness is because this was not the cleanest unit I have stayed in. Linens were clean. Not enough towels provided for a short stay. Not enough glassware. I am not fond of plastic. The units was outdated. Could use a freshening update. But overall our stay was enjoyable and we had what we needed.
