This fabulous holiday home is located in a very quiet, friendly street is private, spacious, bright and airy. Beautifully furnished and designed to allow natural light into all areas, this open plan home offers generous north facing living areas with vaulted ceilings and spotted gum timber floors, overlooking 2 entertaining decks and low maintenance gardens with a tree top aspect. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, main bathroom and open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Downstairs there is a large second living room with separate powder room - perfect for 2 families who like to entertain. There is also a sun-drenched entertaining deck, a great place to relax and sip a beer or glass of wine after a day at the beach or exploring all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. This family friendly holiday home is designed for easy living with low maintenance features so you can just move in and relax. Only minutes to Blairgowrie, Rye & Sorrento and easy access to National Parks and surf beaches, a great weekend for a girls getaway to the famous Hot Springs.The owners are willing to consider one night stays at $570.00 per night on a case by case basis.
