Property as decsribed. A truly wonderful atmosphere. Very luxurious, modern furnishings. Plenty of space for a family of five. Views were spectacular of ocean and city. Plenty of room on balcony to laze around and enjoy enjoy the views. Close proximity to shops/cafes. Would highly recommend this place.
My favourite part about this sub penthouse is the incredible views! You get an ocean view and a city view. This is the first rental property I stayed at that it’s listing was 100% accurate but at the same time, the place looked even better than the photos! It definitely exceeded my expectations!
Wonderful huge unit with amazing views and whales providing plenty of entertainment. Across the road from swimming flagged area. Huge kitchen / dining area in the unit but 5 min walk to any choice of restaurants or takeaway. TIPS: Bring your own beach towels and tennis gear.

Property managers we're easy to deal with. The place is advertised as a 2 bathroom but actually has 3. Stunning views all around, plenty of space and very unique but stunning modern hand crafted furniture all around. I'd give 6 stars if that were an option. For this price you will not get close to anything like it in NSW. Highly recommend it.
We couldn’t believe how fabulous this apartment was. The photos on the site were spot on but what wasn’t captured was the absolutely brilliant balcony with an absolutely incredible view of Surfers. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat
Place was amazing. We had lot's of plans to visit other places but found we spent most of our time relaxing out on the massive balcony overlooking the beach front. Excellent for family or several couples. Apartment was huge and we are already looking and dates for another stay.
WOW, fabulous apartment, amazing views and fantastic location
From the moment you opened the front door you knew start away you were going to enjoy your stay. This apartment will not disappoint, the views were amazing, the location was excellent, shops, restaurants and the beach are all just a stroll away.
The apartment was spotless, very spacious and very well equipped, could not fault. The communication and ease of the whole rental process was very professional.
