This is a family owned beach house that has been in the family for 4 generations. The family has been enjoying Somers beach for over 60 years.
Why they chose this property
If you are looking for a property that you can relax and enjoy this is the house for you! This property has 2 large sliding vehicle gates and 1 pedestrian gate, perfect for multiple cars, boats or trailers.
It is large double block is fully fenced with so the kids and or dogs can run, play and enjoy while being safe.
The house is very practical so there is no worry about the kids breaking anything. There are books, games, table tennis and toy box perfect for family time!
