Carnival, New Year's Eve and Rock in Rio Package only.
The apartment is renovated and with all new furniture, it has a double bed, wardrobe, Consul refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, 24-inch PHILCO LCD TV, air conditioning, SONY DVD, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
INTERNET access with WIFI.
We offer bed linen and towels.
The building is residential, has an elevator and there are 4 apartments per floor.
Located at Rua André Cavalcanti, very close to Rua Riachuelo.
Close to ARCOS DA LAPA and very close to LAPA 40º.
It is also close to Carioca da Gema, Rio Scenarium, Fundição Progresso and Circo Voador.
15 minutes from Cinelândia subway station.

Se eu recomendo? Sim, muito! Adorei o local, acomodou perfeitamente 3 pessoas, é pequeno, mas confortável, além de ser seguro. A Andrea foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, cumpriu com todo o acordo e foi muito, muito legal mesmo. O apartamento é bem localizado e fica perto de tudo, supermercado, parada de ônibus, várias lanchonetes e restaurantes, e claro, a poucos metros da ferveção da Lapa :) Fica um pouco longe do metrô (uns 15min andando), mas tem paradas de ônibus bem perto que levam pra todo canto. Das próximas vezes que eu for ao Rio pretendo ficar lá novamente. Muito obrigada, Andrea :)

Gostaria de agradecer a proprietária que nos recebeu super bem , o apartamento é muito bem localizado, tudo que estava na descrição do imovél realmente estava lá, muito limpo, novo mesmo bem organizado.Vale muito a pena. Proximo ao apto tem dois supermercados , várias lanchonetes, padarias, tem ônibus bem ao lado para todos os lugares de coletivo até Copacabana uns 20 minutos. E para quem gosta de sair a noite, lá é o melhor lugar tem muitos bares e restaurantes para todos os gostos e bolsos e o melhor pode ir à pé mesmo......
