.....nothing says "holiday" more than sand between your toes, strolls along the beach and the song of the waves at night.

Gracetime is the perfect beach house that memories are made off.

Unobstructed ocean views along the coast upto Cape Clairault.

** $450 per night for 8 persons
** 10% discount for 7ngts or more
** Linen included.

** Min 2 night booking (except Long Weekends, Events & 4 night minimum apply’s for Easter )

** $500 Bond due on Booking and refunded by Home&Away within 14days after departure once our Cleaner confirms house has been left in good order.

Stunning view and great amenities.
Perfect spot to set up for the Margaret River Ultra. Properties has stunning views, and perfect size for a family of 5. Owner was very accommodating. Will be back next time in the area.

Absolutely stunning views and sunsets. House has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The deck with the pizza oven overlooking Gracetown is priceless. Host is very accommodating and easy to contact. Only negative was having to leave.

I had a fantastic stay at this holiday house! The location is ideal, only a 3-minute drive to Gracetown Beach, making it super convenient for beach days. Being close to a winery was a delightful bonus for those looking to explore local flavors. The nighttime experience was magical – the starry skies were a highlight. The house itself offers a stunning view that adds to the overall charm. Plus, having a pizza oven with wood provided was a fun and tasty feature. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful touches!

House was more than suitable for our family of four. Great location looking out over the bay, with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy it from. First time staying in Gracetown and we loved it.

Superb lookout
Had a group of us on an annual trip to GT... Stayed in 8 different places over the years and this was as good as any. Not the newest but your not paying for that, but was clean and well equipped with a superb view over the bay and great fire facilities. Would hire this house again.

The view keeps me coming back
Had another really good stay here (2nd time now) the beach house with an amazing view sums it up. Could just sit there and appreciate the surroundings all day but so much to see and do nearby. Will be back again some day.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Gracetime. The view is to die for and we were all instantly relaxed. A bar fridge in the outside area would be a great addition.

Fantastic Holiday
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Gracetime. Leena was very helpful & provided excellent information on the house & local attractions. The view was spectacular & we saw dozens of whales during our stay. The house was well equipped right down to a big range of board games & DVDs. Will definitely stay at Gracetime again.

Great views of the bay. A bit pricey for what you get, but perhaps that is the market at the moment. Used the house as a base for the MR Ultra, so didn’t spend much time actually in the house, so can’t comment on the pizza oven etc

Million Dollar Views !!!!
Superb view, el-fresco and pizza oven area made it impossible not to relax and soak up the beach vibe. Fast internet connection also enabled me to "work from home"! ;) Never spent time at Gracetime/Gracetown before, but will definitely be back.

Just what was needed
Amazing Getaway. Views were just spectacular. Possibly some of the best in Gracetown. Close to so many attractions in the region but far enough away to just sit, stop and relax. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend staying here. Pizza oven was a hit in the evenings.

Million dollar views
Gracetime has the best views, house has everything you need, pizza oven is a lot of fun, we took down pizza flour and food to make a couple of pizzas, the house has everything needed to do them and a good cook book to give you tips and recipes. Great fire place on ground floor level, top floor verandah to whale watch from. We didn't leave the house in the 3 days we stayed, just enjoyed the views and night sky. The house is by no means new and flashy but well equipped and comfortable.
