Modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street.
Where you can enjoy all the Restaurants, Bars and shopping Margaret River has to offer.
All rooms have queen beds.
There is a double lock up garage with additional off-street parking behind the Villa.
Open plan living area with TV and Bose sound system and free wifi. Outside is a BBQ, table and chairs for relaxing.
There are 2 mountain bikes and 3 body boards available for your use as well.

Beaches- some of the worlds most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.

Surfing -many world class surf breaks are located a short distance away -let me know and I can recommend some spots depending on your skill level .

Winery/Brewery- enjoy some of the world renown local wineries and visit one of many boutique breweries in the area.

National Parks -beautiful national parks were you can enjoy walks or ride the bike trails

Relaxing Summer Holiday
Our family love this house for a summer and winter holiday. It's superb location, within a quick walking distance to town, the Recreation Centre and the trails make it super convenient for all of us. The house is well appointed, clean and a double garage keeps us and cars cool and / or dry. Perfect!

Perfect Comfort and Convenient Location in Margaret River
My Family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ziggy and Bree's place in Margaret River, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences, From the moment we arrived, the property exuded a sense of tranquility and comfort. Nestled in the heart of Margaret River, the house seamlessly blended modern design with natural beauty, offering both comfort and style.The spacious living areas were perfectly furnished, providing a space to relax with family after days at the beach or bike track, Every detail of the home was meticulously thought out, from the really well-equipped kitchen to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a sense of total comfort at every turn.One of the standout features was the outdoor area — a private space for alfresco dining, perfect amount of space for our dog and to unwind and take in the day to day activities, It was the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of local wine and a BBQ.The location was also ideal, offering easy access to the world-class wineries, beaches, and restaurants that Margaret River is famous for. Despite being close to everything, the house felt wonderfully secluded, offering a sense of peace and privacy. Fantastic location, well equipped and pet friendly
Ziggy and Bree are fantastic hosts - very communicative and friendly. Their house is in a great location in town, walking distance to everything you need, including the skate park right nearby for the kids, and easy to get on the main roads out of town for day trips. The house itself is modern, very clean and has all the facilities you would need, including a fireplace for cosy winter warmth and ambience, and double carport with washing machine and dryer. It's great to see a quality house also welcoming pets, so those of us who want to bring their beloved furry friends on holidays can do so. There's even a little raised garden bed in the patio for pets to use. Thanks for a lovely stay Ziggy and Bree.

Marg's Town Stay
Ziggy and Bree's place Gabe us everything we wanted - walking distance to town, things for teens to do nearby and enough space for all of us. We felt really welcomed. The only thing that would've made it even better would've been some fire wood (at least for the first night) and matches (we couldn't find any).

We had a wedding down south and took the weekend to get away. The house was lovely and perfect location close to the town centre, we even got to see fireworks from the back yard from the agriculture show. Would be happy to stay again, everything we needed in our stay.
