We loved our stay in Melbourne and the location of this property was close to everything. The owner answered all my questions promptly and the condo had everything we needed to make the stay feel homey.
Host was great with checking in and giving access to parking since we rented a car. The location is excellent for walking to many different places and close to other transportation (tram, train). The apartment is spacious and is stocked with kitchen appliamces, dishes, and utensils. Our family had a lovely stay in Melbourne.
Excellent place to stay if you are a theatre goer. Able to walk to all of our shows and plenty of places to eat. Short walk for free tram for longer destinations. Great brekkie cafe short walk from accommodation.
The property is well located with great access to the Yarra Sporting precinct, the city, parks, great traditional parks, public transport and some cracking Fitzroy pubs.
What a find. This apartment is great. Close to the CBD, clean, spacious and perfect for our work trip. The hosts were communicative, right from the start and the check-in process was easy. Wish we had a few more days in here!

This property was ideal for family and friends to be accommodated together in this lovely spacious centrally located apartment. It was easy to get into the city or on a train to be involved with wedding activities. Our host was a great communicator and extremely hospitable and the whole process happened seamlessly. this property is located perfectly in picturesque East Melbourne located near the Fitzroy gardens and the MCG the apartment is sitting within a complex that has a pool which was fantastic for my 12 year old son 3 bedroom's and lovely finishing's to the interior design to compliment the European style architecture my family and I will definitely return to Roy's place as he was fantastic to communicate with.
We stayed for a week in January. The location is top notch, on a very quiet street, but so close to the city. It's in a quiet unit complex, with a lock up garage, a pool and nice gym. The kitchen was well provisioned, and the lounge was comfortable. Everyone was happy with their beds and pillows. Roy was a pleasure to deal with and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended.
Couldn't have been more happier with our Melbourne Accomodation. Close to city. Quite. Beautiful surroundings. The owners were so hospitable and their communication faultless. Nothing was too much trouble. We hope to come back again one day.
