Your friend at the beach invites you to experience our four bedroom condo - updated with new flooring in the bedrooms for a clean look and feel.
Adagio A401 is a top floor, corner unit which affords stunning views and a secluded location with lots of ambient light.
Large balcony with lounge chair, club chairs and a table with seating for four.
Spacious living area with a large sectional couch plus a swivel chair and a lounger while you enjoy the large flat screen TV.
Dining area with NEW table and seating for eight - plus three bar stools at the granite counter.
Well-stocked kitchen with high end appliances, plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and pots/pan for large family meals. Keurig and regular coffee maker. High end oven, cook top, microwave and refrigerator - plus cabinets painted in early 2023. New stand alone ice maker for easy filling of your beach cooler!
Bedding arrangements:

- King bed in master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Features an adjoining private bath with jetted tub, double sinks and shower.
- King bed in second bedroom with its own private bathroom (first bedroom on left as you enter the condo)
- TWO Queen beds in third bedroom with door into hall bathroom (first bedroom on the right as you enter the condo)
- King in fourth bedroom. Shares hall bathroom. (second bedroom on left)

Three bathrooms - all with 100% cotton towels, shower soaps, hand soaps, starter supply of toilet paper (two rolls per each bathroom).
Master bathroom has private ensuite bathroom.
King bedroom with private ensuite bathroom.
Third bathroom in the hall for double queen bedroom and king bedroom.
Elevator in building.

All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV's and most have DVD's.
Bathrooms include plenty of 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap and hair dryers.
Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry soap provided.

Adagio has a gulf front pool that is heated in the cooler months plus a tri-level pool with 8,000 square feet of swimming fun. Hot tub is by the on site gym, please remember to supervise children in hot tub, no children in hot tub after 6 PM. On site gym with cardio and weight equipment
We provide two free bike rentals from the onsite beach chair/bike company, La Dolce Vita. Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. Adagio A401 has TWO underground parking spots in A building garage.
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach. It is 52 steps down to the beach and there are showers at the top of the steps to rinse off sand!
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten guests per condo limit per HOA rules (two years and under are not included in that total).
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV's. No tents are allowed on beach.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.
