Farm cottage 10 mins from Launceston CBD , and airport, close to vineyards on the North Esk River.
Lovely views to Ben Lomond, skiing in winter 1 hour away.
Recently rebuilt with new kitchen , bathroom, Smeg oven .
Josef Chromy and Sharman wineries nearby. 7kms to the centre of Launceston.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one, and a king or 2 king singles in the other.
There is a pull out sofa bed in the separate living room.

Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Close to vineyards and restaurants and yet you are in the country. Views spectacular with an abundance of bird life and lovely to sit on verandah at the end of the day with a glass of wine looking at the vista. House spotless modern and bright while kitchen well equipped but could do with more placemats. Great laundry facilities. Would definitely come back.

Amazing experience and I would recommend it at anytime, for you and your family.
I have loved the new renovated cottage, well thought of. You have a nice laundry facilities, kitchen is well set up, IGA supermarket is 4 min drive. I enjoyed checking the local Tasmanian produce and bought Tasmanian cheese to take home. The cottage was peaceful, surrounded with amazing views, and I loved the fresh clean air. I even enjoyed the drive to Woolmers estate, Alps and Amichi for lunch and much more. Great location to be staying at your facility thank you. Honee

A perfect stay
My sister and I loved every minute of our stay in the cottage -- from the beautiful bathroom to the irresistible sofas, everything was absolutely perfect. Wi-fi, washing machine+dryer, well laid-out kitchen, comfy beds, lots of space... nothing was lacking, and our hosts were really helpful and proactive. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic cottage
We loved our stay at the farm cottage. Very cosy and a well equipped kitchen. Was a little cold over night.... Additional blankets or an electric blanket would have been awesome. But seriously, highly recommend this place. Definitely want to come back.

Rural outlook, but convenient to CDB
We were lucky to be among the early of tenants at Leichhardt Farm Cottage, which had recently been renovated to a very modern standard. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting close proximity to CBD but not be confined to suburban type accommodation. The view from the cottage was amazing. The house felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the friendly horse who came to say hello and eagles flying overhead. As with all our accommodation which we choose, we always ask each other if we would choose to stay there again, and the answer was definitely yes, as we would like to see the garden come to life again as time passes. Beautiful established trees in yard. I hope future tenants enjoy and respect what this Cottage and owners have to offer. Dawn Jennings May 2017

Very clean and comfortable
Lovely renovated property with good mattresses, exceptionally clean, and proactive, friendly hosts. We live out of town so appreciated the peace and quiet offered.
