Very private spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with full kitchen 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and bars of Playa Samara . Very close to the International language school. Also, has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Very secure with locked gate access to apartment.
Air conditioning available. Large eastern king bed. Wireless internet access.
Easy access to 2 convenience markets. Most all of the good restaurants are within walking distance. If you like easy access to everything Samara has to offer but but also private and secure, this is the place for you!

Beautiful home!

Walk to the beach and restaurants

Casa Rosa is in the perfect location in Samara. It's close to the bank, supermarket and many restaurants. It's wonderful to watch hummingbirds visit the flowers right outside the windoelws.

Comfy, great location

We loved our stay here, the location is perfect to get around Samara and to the beach so quick. The bed is comfortable and bedroom quiet, we slept perfectly. Definitely recommend !

Could happily have stayed longer

Such a lovely ground floor apartment with all sorts of beautiful corners and decor. Close to the beach, restaurants and markets. But best was the managing agent who fixed my problems quickly -- weak WiFi and only in one room, not-cotton sheets (I'm allergic to polyester), and a leaking a/c.

A Wonderful Little Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. Quaint, but close to everything. Well equipped and just perfect for a couple. We were very happy to call this home during our stay in Samara.

Bedroom, Kitchen and Patio - Just Perfect

This was our second stay. It was the perfect get a way for winter weary travelers. While it is right in town, close to everything, it is off the main drag, making it quiet and peaceful. It is a very comfortable space, with a large bed, well equipped kitchen and a patio just perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Great spot two blocks from the beach, grocery store two doors down. The only thing they need to improve on is the condition of the shower, pretty beat up but works. Kitchen is fully stocked. The noise of Main Street with motor cycles and quads racing by is a problem the town needs to fix, but we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Samara getaway!

The apartment has a great central location. Just a short distance to shopping or the beach. Was as clean as the pictures show. Kitchen is well equipped also. The manager was very helpful, setting up covid testing for our trip home. Has an opportunity to meet our hosts,as they were in town for a few days. Great couple!!! Looking forward to seeing them again on our next trip. Thank you David and Connie for providing us with a wonderful experience.

Big Disappointment

Kind welcome by the owners but unfortunately the apartment was not clean (mainly the dishes) and it was smaller than suggested by the online pictures. Misleading picture about the closeness to the beach.

Beautiful apartment not far from the beach

The apartment has a lot of character -- but we were a bit disappointed with the location. It is effectively just off the main street through town (which must be crossed to access the beach), and next to a construction site. There are few windows and little natural light, so we weren't inclined to be indoors and the outdoor sitting area was pretty limited. On the other hand, Leonardo could not have been more helpful, and the apartment was very well set up with supplies and kitchen equipment.
