Coastal Haven - Accommodation for Large Families

Upon entering this property you will instantly feel a sense of serenity. This spacious and light filled Tri level property is on a large native block with a private pathway leading you to within 100 metres of the lagoon and 300 metres of the beach. And when you're not at the beach, you can relax on the large entertaining deck which boasts views to the ocean.

Stylishly renovated with all of the comforts for families to gather together and enjoy quality time away from suburbia. The entry level features a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a combustion fireplace. These rooms open onto the large entertaining balcony. There is an additional rumpus/TV room and children's play area on the lower level. These rooms open to a second covered outdoor deck.

Top floor: Bedroom 1 has a queen, bedroom 2 a king, bedroom 3 a set of bunks. Ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning for all three bedrooms.
Mid floor: Bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has 2 x king singles, or joined together into a king (please advise on booking). Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and airconditioning for the living areas.
Bottom level: Bedroom 6 has a queen + single + trundle. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

Linen is provided. Just bring your beach towels.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Ideal Holiday House for family of 11

House was clean and in 'as new' condition, well stocked with quality kitchen appliances, spacious kitchen big enough for complex meal preparation, long dining table with plenty of chairs. TV sets upstairs and downstairs with comfortable 'sink-into' sofas. Upstairs sitting area could have been larger, but generally house big enough for people to have their own separate space. Wifi reception excellent, but some problem with TV Wifi connection. Short easy walk to beach, shops and cafes. Good walk to McMasters end of beach and on to Boudi National Park and the gorgeous Little Beach. As a family we have stayed in different places in the McMasters, Copacabana, Avoca areas, and we rate this 9 out of 10 for a beach holiday home.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at the property over Easter. It had plenty of space for 4 couples and 3 very little children (20 months, 15 months and 2 months). So great to have little things like high chairs, kids cutlery/bowls/cups etc already there. The big enclosed deck was also a great place for kids to run around. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which we really appreciated as too often holiday rentals seem to lack basic cooking stuff. Finally, it was a short, easy walk to the beach and shops.

Beautiful home for a larger group

We had a great weekend away with friends and kids. The house is perfect for a large group and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would book it again!

Beautiful big home which is cosy, modern and clean rn

The location is fantastic, fits everyone comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion the property managers only supplied a few perishables eg toilet paper and dishwashing tablets. We had to do a shop while away for only 3 nights. We feels they should either provide enough fir each night you pay to stay or tell you before you come, best not to shop while away. Otherwise very relaxing

The best laid plans of mice and men....

The massive storms forced a last minute change from a house-boat on the Hawkesbury. For 14 years we’ve been getting together and cruising the River. After staying at this place I think the boat is a thing of the past. Lots of space. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. No trouble recommending a stay here. We are only 5 blokes but will easily accommodate a family or several couples.

Through the tree tops

Open and welcoming property. Lots of windows and skylights and the decor makes it feel bright and beachy. Good sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Sits high over Copacabana and a short walk to beach.

Gorgeous light filled house - perfect for a group

The house was lovely and light with a fully equipped kitchen so great for a big meal and the deck was great for our group to relax on before heading to the beach which is a 5 min walk away!

Very impressed

I stayed at this property over the Queens Birthday long weekend and I was extremely happy with both the property and communication with George Brand. The photos do not do this property justice, I was more than impressed. It was clean and a lot bigger than I had imagined. The three storie, open planned house is great for families or a group of friends. I would highly recommend this house and thank the staff at George Brand.
