Use your car to drop your gear on the beach and then walk or ride your bike to the beach at your convenience- no hassles with beach permits or cars. Great for kids since many in the area walk to beach on their own. Enjoy evening sunsets on the deck, bonfires on the beach just steps from your house, or cozy up in the private back yard and fire up the fantastic Chiminea for your roasted marshmallows. The home features a luxurious Spa master bath that includes an open air rainhead shower, cast iron jacuzzi tub, heated towel warmer, Dornbracht fixtures, defogged mirror, radiant heat floor, and skylights. Additional private deck off the master bedroom with easy access to the outdoor shower. Large open floor plan on second floor with 12 foot ceilings containing the living and dining areas, chef's kitchen, and three 12 foot sliders with forever views, including a distant ocean vista. The 12 foot sliders access the wraparound outdoor deck containing the teak dining table, the lounge furniture (seating for 8+) and, of course, a Weber Gas Grill. A security camera is located at the house entrance for your safety and security.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations permitted with a 10% fee plus the amount of any revenue shortfall from a successful re-renting. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance as a means of payment protection.
