North Perth Cottage - Close to city

Quiet, clean, affordable, good location and friendly hosts

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street. No car necessary as short walk to nearest bus stop. If you do have a car then off street parking is available.

Delightful cottage, fully self contained. The bedroom has queen size bed and also a single bed with all linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer also has tea and coffee making facilities. Good sized bathroom, with laundry. Sit outside on the verandah or under the lovely almond tree. Hosts Graham and Jill will make you feel most welcome

Pet would be welcome however this “MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING “ (we are limited to 1 dog, no cats)

Near Perth city, 3 km away, walking distance to bus stop, with buses running every few minutes into the city centre. Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops.

This property was perfect for what I was looking for as a mini retreat. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, gave me space, at the same time I knew they were there should I need anything. If there had been more days available I would have extended my stay. I would definitely recommend.

Jillian and Graham are fantastic hosts. We keep coming back and the North Perth Cottage is always clean and close to all amenities. The new bed and clothes line were an added bonus.

Awesome location and terrific place to stay
I chose the property because of its location and found it to be perfect for my needs. My hosts were fantastic and allowed me complete freedom to come and go whenever I wished and use the property accordingly. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place 👍

We returned from Margaret River to continue our WA holiday in Perth (review listed two weeks earlier), and were very happy with the convenience of a bus at the end of the street and a seven minute smooth ride to the centre of the city.

Lovely Accommodation in North Perth

Great little cottage
This little cottage was a perfect place to stay for a short visit in Perth. It was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast each morning and were pleasantly surprised that we were unable to hear any traffic at all.
