Situated on Merimbula Lake with a private jetty.

Close to the charming seaside town. Merimbula has a great climate, pristine beaches and lakes and abundant natural beauty. It is an ideal location for your next holiday.

This downstairs Apartment captures everything you are searching for in Merimbula for a comfortable stay.

A short stroll to town and beaches of Merimbula. Great cafe's, Clubs, restaurants and shops within a level five minutes walk along the lake. Merimbula has an amazing array of good restaurants to suit all tastes. Don't miss out on award winning locally grown oysters and mussels.

It is one of the best locations to stay in Merimbula.

Beaches are also very accessible and within walking distance so you can leave the car at home. Merimbula boardwalk hugs the lake and is also a popular walk with a coffee shop along the way.

Beautiful views across the lake of the mountains, sunsets and town lights.

Contemporary beach house style in a beautiful setting. This makes for a relaxing and amazing retreat.

Kitchenette comprises of a Refrigerator, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Toaster, Microwave oven and BBQ facilities available for outside cooking. There is NO cooktop or oven.

The private Jetty is ideal for fishing, swimming or just sitting back and enjoying the view. Bring your boat as you can tie your boat to the Jetty instead of launching each day. We have off street parking for your boat trailer as well.

You have the opportunity to use our bikes for the vast bike paths available in the local area along with the SUP Boards and a Kayak to explore the Merimbula Lake water system at no extra charge. The calm waters of the lake afford all kinds of water sports.

Adjoining the two bedroom apartment is a fully self contained studio apartment consisting of a queen bed, ensuite, tea/coffee making facilities and refrigerator.
It is possible to book the studio apartment if you are needing a three bedroom, two bathroom property suitable for sleeping up to six people.

Right on the water

Very comfortable apartment, views over the water, we sat out the front with a coffee and wine. Comfy beds, close to eateries and shops.

Lovely hideaway for a few days

Great property and lovely host, AngelaStarting with good help by email. Chauffeur from and to the airport, slightest issue resolved immediately and good advice to make the stay memorable. Easy walk to the main town with its many coffee shops and restaurants. An excellent tourist information office. Be sure to book restaurants early in high season. Plenty of good walks from the accommodation including beaches and parks.

Absolutely Amazing

Fantastic views, so peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and modern. The hosts were so welcoming, we found it so hard to leave. Highly recommend! If we come back, this will be the only place we will stay and for longer.

Waterfront experience

Great clean property, the host was friendly and accommodating. It was great to have access to the kayaks so we didn’t need to bring our own, great location to the town and little beach down the road.

Heaven in Merimbula

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Perfect location in easy walking distance to shops and swimming spots. Within the apartment Angela has thought of everything you could possibly need. The view is exactly as pictured. Sporting toys a real bonus. Hosts delightful. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely stunning!!

My husband and I just spent the most relaxing week away ever at this stunning property. Staying right on the water with jetty access was so calming and relaxing that we spent majority of our time there. The unit was spotlessly clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Angela is a great host, just lovely and very accommodating. We were also very pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was considering the close location to town - we will definitely be back!!

Amazing getaway!

Our family loved staying at Angela’s amazing house. The views are amazing, and our young family loved being on the water with access to the kayaks and SUP. We fished daily (didn’t catch anything unfortunately) but the jetty is perfect for fishing. Everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Beautiful and clean property, all amenities provided. The host had an kayak and SUPs to borrow so you can paddle from the deck to the cafe over the lake, doesnt get much better than that.

Angela and Roger have an amazing holiday home!

We had such a lovely time. The location is phenomenal, the hospitality is 5 star and the views are breathtaking. The property was well appointed, very clean and tidy and easy to live in for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning SUP and Kayaking and loved the local knowledge from Angela and Roger. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely location, but .....

You could hardly improve the location - it’s within very easy walking distance of the township/shopping centre - and the outlook onto the lake is lovely, with a multitude of birdlife providing constant interest. The general furnishings leave nothing to be desired - but there is one major drawback: the lack of cooking facilities apart from a microwave and an outside barbecue. The bathroom is also small and cramped, though adequate. These two factors militate against a 5-star rating.

Bike riding on many of the bike tracks in the area and finding great local coffee shops along the way is something that myself and many of the locals enjoy doing. I am a keen traveller and have been to many countries and I like to delve into history and the arts where ever I visit.
