This wonderful new construction sits just over 7 miles to downtown Portland. This studio was built and furnished with the perfect blend of style and comfort.

In this studio, you will find a bright and open layout with high end finishes everywhere. The kitchen boasts new counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. There are a number of large windows allowing for ample natural light. The living room also has a large 4k LED TV with integrated Roku streaming capability. In addition to the bed, there is a sleeper sofa that is available for two others if necessary. Everything about the home was set up for maximize your comfort and enjoyment while staying with us.

This Milwaukie Heights studio sits just 10 houses down from the Southeast Park Avenue Max Station. If you choose to drive, you can be in downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, or Clackamas in less than 15 minutes. Book this incredible new property for your Pacific Northwest stay. Whether it be for work or pleasure, you won't find a better option in the area. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

**Please note this studio is below a 3 bedroom Villa. If you are interested in a little bit more space we invite you to take a look into booking the upstairs Villa as well.**

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $100 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Nice place

We stayed for a week and it was great. Excellent access to Milwaukee and the TriMet train and a great bike path that parallels the tracks. We were snowed in for some of it so it was nice to have access. The back yard was super secure for our doggo. We were aware of a resident upstairs (as advertised) but they were not disruptive.

Great location

Overall excellent place to stay. Close to bike/walking paths and rail. Can hardly hear the rail at all. We were able to keep our bicycles on the back porch. Very relaxing area. I recommend this place to stay.

Comfortable alternative to a hotel

Comfortable and clean stay. Nicely decorated. Parking can be tough and bathroom is a bit dark but not deal breakers. The fireplace is a nice perk along with the washer dryer combo. Would stay again!

Great studio, nicely appointed, with all the amenities of a home in the smaller space. The 13 steps up and down to the entrance provided excellent "forced" daily exercise.

Great Affordable Little Place

We stayed two weeks in studio 3 and it was everything the listing said. It was perfect for my two kids, my wife and I. We felt save the whole time there. We recommend this place to anyone looking an affordable alternative to a hotel. All kitchen utensils you need were provided and full size fridge was great.

Xmas stay

The light outside does not stay on long enough to enter the code to get in. The place had some cleanliness issues when we arrived. We stayed as if we left we wouldn’t get a refund. The place is nice and cozy. Was not happy about the gap between blinds not allowing 100% privacy.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed in Studio 3 for a total of about four weeks. It was absolutely perfect for the hubby and me. We made the move to Mexico a year ago and come back to visit. Studio 3 is exactly the right size for the two of us, is close to our fam and friends, the MAX, the Trolley Trail and downtown Milwaukie. Very clean with everything you need to enjoy dinner at home, if desired (which is a must if we're in town for a month). Great communication from the owners. This will be our new "go-to" every time we come to visit.

Cute Studio

I had a very nice stay at this roomy studio unit. I had my dog with me and the backyard was a huge bonus. The place had everything needed except for things like sugar, salt, pepper. You will need to bring your own staples. It did have coffee and filters, pods for the washing machine, and other standard items. The place is clean and modern. Although it is next to the light rail and a busy thoroughfare when the doors and windows are closed you hear minimal noise. The main bed was comfortable but I would not want to sleep on the futon style sofa. I would stay there again.

Convenient

This roomy studio makes for a good home base for exploring SE Portland and beyond. You can walk a block to catch the Max train into town, hop onto McLoughlin Blvd. and be in either Portland or Oregon City in a few minutes, or you can simply walk over the hill and down to a park on the Willamette River. The studio itself is well-equipped and pretty comfortable. You just have to be willing to put up with traffic noise from McLoughlin as well as random noises from upstairs renters.

Noisy basement studio apartment

The floor above the basement apartment was very noisy, you could hear voices, walking around, the TV and stereo. Highway 99 is just below with constant noise. It was finally quiet from 3-5 am.

Nice, comfortable stay

This is a reasonably priced, basic studio. It was clean and comfortable, but a bit on the noisy side due to traffic. Also, very basic accommodations...there's coffee, but no cream and sugar. Not set up the best for cooking, spending lots of time there, but good if you need a nice place to sleep and get ready for your day. There's a 7-11 within walking distance, but the neighborhood isn’t the best on that side of the street. Felt safe in the actual studio/neighborhood though. All in all, it was a good stay.

My experience here

I really loved this air bnb! I do think that the air bnb could use a sweep or broom so that people who are staying there can be sweep if a mess or crumbs are made in the kitchen while cooking. The parking could be a lot better. There was no parking on the street available upon my arrival so I had to walk from parking down another street. Upon my arrival I did park short term in front of the air bnb where it stated there was no parking allowed just so that I can haul my things in since I had a lot to carry and the neighbor was very weird and took pictures of my vehicle so that made me a bit uncomfortable. He seemed very unhappy even though I explained to him that I was just needing to bring all my things in once. Aside from those things my stay was amazing and in the perfect middle ground area to wherever I needed to go. I will definitely be checking out Coreys other properties again one of these days!
