Billies @ Smiths Lake

Billies is located on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast in the beautiful village of Smiths Lake just a 3 hour drive north of Sydney, and 20 minutes south of Forster.

On entering the house you will enjoy a relaxed open plan accommodation offering delightful views of the surrounding bush and glimpses of the beautiful Smiths Lake. Google maps indicates that a 1 minute walk will bring you to the lake - this is incorrect as you would need to cross private property.

The property offers 2 queen bedrooms one with en suite and a third bedroom with 2 single beds, all have wardrobe space & ceilings fans.

There is a large secure entertaining deck on the rear of the property overlooking a large garden, with both casual seating and dining areas.

Billies has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer with ice making facilities.

This property has a great relaxing feel with just a short drive to the beautiful surrounding beaches, and a short 20 minute stroll to the village shops of Smiths Lake.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement, conditions apply.

Guests will need to supply there own towels.

First impression fantastic. All white, clean, airy and welcoming. Separate rooms for all and a fantastically appointed kitchen. Ambience with candles and decking lights beautiful. Great selection of CDs. Condiments in the pantry along with washing powder in the laundry and much more!

We loved it....again!
This was our second time staying at Billies. We thoroughly loved it the first time and didn't hesitate to book Billies again. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday is there. The property is clean and so well appointed, less than 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches. A convenient location and we honestly can't speak highly enough of Billies. We hope to be back again!

Upon walking into the property we were amazed how clean and lovely the property was. Sitting on the back verandah with a book and overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Everything is so close by; the lake, beaches, bowling club and the local group of shops. The main town of Forster is only 20 min away. I would thoroughly recommend this property. Time slowed right down - it was perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay at Billies. The house felt like home the moment we walked in. The home is extremely well appointed, having everything (and more) we could have possibly needed. Not a detail was overlooked. Us, our kids and our dogs enjoyed our time - it truly felt like time slowed right down - exactly what we needed. We loved too that Billies is so close to all the wonderful things Smiths Lake and the surrounding areas has to offer. Loved, loved, loved Billies. We were very impressed with Billies, the property is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean and well laid out. We found it to be a very peaceful location, waking up to the birds and then only a short drive to all the action on the lake and beaches. Highly recommended!

A very enjoyable stay at a beautifully presented property. Very Good location for local lakes and beaches. Our hosts provided everything we might have needed for our stay.
