Bluewater Cottage - town and beach at your door

Bluewater Cottage is perfectly positioned near Dunsborough town centre, and only a stones throw away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach.

There's plenty of space for the whole family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large backyard, and an outdoor entertaining space perfect for barbeques.

There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Bluewater Cottage is your base to explore the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax.

Can not fault anything about this. The communication with the owner was perfect and they were very accomodating with everything. The cottage itself is an absolute gem very warming feel to the home. Will most definitely stay here again.

Had to call owner to get access code as wasn’t informed by Stayz. Very tired property. Drains have distinct odour which goes thru house. Appearance not as expected from listing. Served our purpose as base for wedding in area but overall disappointing.

Location fabulous.Overall property looks tired and cluttered.Furnishings and doona covers need an upgrade.Pillows need replacing.Fridge door feels like it will fall off every time it's opened.BBQ and patio area great for families.enclosed back yard great also.

We had a lovely stay. Location excellent. Walking distance to beach and town perfect spot. House and garden great nice and big- grass could have done with a mow. Recommend updating the refrigerator. We did encounter plenty of spiders and bugs so maybe a spray required but it didn’t affect our stay.

This is a traditional family holiday cottage that is really well sited to explore Dunsborough. It was clean and tidy and exactly as shown . Unusually, you have to bring your own sheets and towels or hire them from the laundry in town .

Blue Water Cottage
The cottage was a good size and in a great location. We had small dogs, so it was a perfect distance to the beach, just five minutes. The outside area was great for the little dogs too. There is a possum who likes to jump on the roof in the wee hours of the morning, but we got used to it after a night. Overall, a great stay for the price.
