About this property

Beautiful townhome just a short half mile walk to Northgate and the main Texas A&M campus. Park your family here for game day and walk to Kyle Field, or enjoy the numerous other events Texas A&M has to offer by staying close by. Close to many other College Station staples such as the Chicken Oil Company, and a short drive to Downtown Bryan or catch the bus with a stop conveniently close by.

The doors have a pin-code access, for a completely keyless entry. You will be provided with your access code for the front door within 48 hours prior to your stay. This keeps you from having to worry about carrying a key, or locking you or your guests out. We have a Ring Doorbell on the front door entrance that helps provide extra security for the property. Our property manager, Jason, will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have leading up to and for the duration of your stay!

Sleeping arrangements include:
1 Master Bedroom: King Bed
3 Guest Bedrooms: 1 Queen Bed each
Living Room: 1 Queen Pullout Couch Bed
2 Twin Rollaway Beds

Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom attached, so no need to share. Two bedrooms on the first floor, living/dining and kitchen on the second floor with half bathroom, master bedroom and third guest bedroom on third floor. Laundry is also on third floor.

We have taken diligent care to ensure our home is cleaned thoroughly and ready for your stay, amid the current health concerns surrounding COVID-19. Rest assured your comfort and safety is our top priority!

Ring weekend

The house worked great for our family trip. Everyone had their own bed/bathroom then we had the common area which had enough seating for all. Close enough to walk to Northgate. Will stay there again!

Graduation Gathering

We booked this home once again for our son’s graduation weekend. We really enjoy the property and location. The layout has good flexibility for adult sleeping (upstairs and downstairs) and a nice great room for gathering on the 2nd floor. For those interested, Northgate is an easy walk from the property. If available, we will definitely stay there again for family gatherings in CS!

Aggie Game

It was wonderful!! I can’t say enough amazing things about this property! It was big enough that we never felt cramped and there was plenty of parking for our 4 cars! It was clean, roomy, kitchen was stocked nicely, beds were comfy and living room couch was also big and super comfortable! We will be back for sure!! Great place to stay when you are visiting your kids at A&M! Bailey… the host was also super friendly and communicated promptly with us with all our questions.

College Reunion/Game weekend

We had a great weekend in Aggieland and enjoyed the Aspen townhome. It was very clean, had great amenities, and was within walking distance from Northgate and campus. This is our second stay at Aspen townhome and we will definitely book again in the future!

Great property and location for a family gathering

My family stayed for at this property while in town for our son’s graduation. We really enjoyed the home and it was perfect for everyone in the family. We particularly liked the bathrooms in each room and reserved parking spaces. It’s also nice that the property is easy walking distance from Northgate. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice townhome in good location

The property was perfect for our family. It appears to be fairly new and was very clean. Four bedrooms with a bathroom in each was fantastic. Easy access in and out of the complex and parking was convenient and excellent for multiple vehicles. Would definitely stay again.

All ten of us raved about the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. And we had plenty of parking for all the vehicles. Jason was absolutely wonderful. Jason answered all our questions very quickly. Our stay and Jason deserves an A+++

Beautiful & very clean

Very easy check in. The townhome is beautiful, smelled very clean in addition to being very clean. Lots of amenities (coffee maker, trash bags, towels, etc). The weather was very hot & we were unable to adjust the smart air conditioner to make it cooler. There were several within our group (including elderly parents) who became nauseated due to not being able to cool the townhouse down. However, we did not want to bother the owners, so we did not contact them in this regard. Recommend placing a chair in each room for those who need to sit. Otherwise, it was a very beautiful place & super clean!! I would definitely look at staying again if they have availability.

Excellent Family Rental for Graduation Weekend

Lovely three-store townhouse with plenty of room for three generations of family members. Comfortable beds and living spaces. All necessary amenities were provided. Enjoyed our stay in CStat celebrating our first generation Aggie graduate.

Family visit

The property was clean and had everything you need. There was plenty of space to accommodate our family and both sets of grandparents. Location was great; not far from campus and grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again when visiting our Aggie.

Perfectly Splendid!!

This Townhome was Perfectly Splendid!! This home was clean clean clean. So close to everything we were there for.... Kyle field, Hurricane Harry’s, Chicken Oil!! Bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. This home is beautifully decorated and the living room furniture is very comfy. It was so nice to have the Keurig for coffee each morning already stocked with assortments of coffee pods and creamer. The balcony for two was a nice place to hang out in the morning and we’ll as the evening. We have found our new favorite place to stay in CS!!

As two Texas A&M Class of '16 graduates, we have a deep rooted love for Aggieland. We both spent all four of our undergraduate years as members of the Corps of Cadets and got to experience many Aggie Traditions that we will never forget. Now that life has moved us to the east coast, we still love going to SEC football games and staying part of the community. We would love to share our home with you, whether an Aggie or just a passerby, and will gladly welcome you with the same hospitality we have been treated with for so many years.

Why they chose this property

This location is excellent for anything you are interested in doing during your time in Bryan-College Station. The Northgate District is home to Aggieland's best bar and dance hall scene, just a walk down College Main Street. Just past that is the Main Campus itself, which is home to all things Texas A&M. If you have ever been to a football game in the SEC, you know parking is always a hassle. Park your car at the house and walk to campus, or catch a bus with a stop conveniently across the street. This is a great location to get anywhere you need to go with convenience and ease.

Our home is great for large families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, so no worrying about sharing with the others in your party. There is plenty of parking on the lot, with at least a parking space per bedroom.
