Africa house & spa is located very close to public transport - bus stop less than 500 m and the Bull Creek train station only 1,5 km away. From Bull Creek Train station it is a 10 min train ride to Perth CBD. Less than 4 km from the new Fiona Stanley Hospital. Roomy and practical, this home offers spacious living areas, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances and conveniences, e.g. dishwasher, microwave oven, induction cooking, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and rice cooker. Full washing and drying facilities. Off-road parking bay.

Large park with play ground for the kids just across the house. Barbecue on weber, dine alfresco and relax in the 8 Seater spa with 63 jets for a deep-tissue massage. FREE WI-FI (NBN connected) and Foxtel.

Home away from home.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at the property. It was in s perfect location for our needs. Had everything we needed for our stay. I enjoyed sitting in the garden in an evening and the spa was an added bonus. Host was great, we would definitely stay again.

Immaculate and comfortable stay

This property is excellent value for money. Annemarie is a kind and thoughtful host. The property is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house is attached to the host’s house but this was not a problem for us, and it was good for our children to play with the cats. This is a big house with two large bedrooms upstairs, a large bedroom downstairs and two bathrooms. The only drawback was limited space in the kitchen, so it wouldn’t suit for preparing a Christmas meal, but for a short stay it was fine. The spa was deluxe and everything else about the house was excellent. I would give Annemarie six stars if I could - she even brought a car package to us in hotel quarantine before we stayed at Africa House. We would highly recommend this place.

Not all ok in the Africa House.

The Africa "House" was a granny flat at the back of the owner home....so not a "house" at all. Kitchen was over cluttered with NO where to put your own things.. food etc... no bench space. A great lack of privacy as the owner main entry was their back door which is a 1.5mtrs away from the "house" entry... same gate access too... No consideration for their guest, lots of rubbish been place in bin...very noise at odd hours by owners. Owners placing they washing outside the "house" bedroom window... them checking it at 9pm... scared us! Owners teenage crushing home at 3am in the morning and making noise outside. Lack of a main bedroom down stairs, as the stair are very steep. Furniture not very comfortable. Small coffee cup and lots odds and ends, not much helpful And NO egg slice!!!

Great place for families

The place is superbly clean, all details has been thought of. Annemarie is so meticulous that she have body lotion and sun block in the bathrooms. Bed and bathrooms has warmer don’t have to worry about cold weather. My family enjoyed staying there. Will definitely go back again if I visit Perth!

Awesome place.. fantastic location ..

Fantastic home. Property is very well presented. Well Above what I expected. Clean, comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could need. All the little detail were thought of by the owners and catered for. Had a family of 6 from overseas stay and they loved it too. Felt like home. Will surely be back. Thnaks Anne Marie
