Kingscliff Beach Break

Sit out on the huge deck and catch the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy a evening drink watching the Byron Lighthouse flicker in the distance. We are located 15 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport and within an easy drive to Byron Bay, hinterland and Gold Coast.
Recently renovated large beach house within easy stroll along the boardwalk to the many great Kingscliff Cafes and restaurants. We have our own path for a quick dip in lovely Cudgen Creek or to catch a wave on Kingscliff beach.
Comfortably accommodates 8 adults with options up to 10 people. Four generous bedrooms each have queen sized beds and one with a double bed.
Ample off street parking is available.

UPSTAIRS:
The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge with water/icemaker, and servery onto the alfresco dining area, which has a barbeque and furniture to sit and relax .The adjacent lounge living room has smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix and Prime and very comfy lounge plus powder room.
The main luxury bedroom has ensuite with double shower heads, double basins and a huge freestanding bath which has views to the ocean. There are doors from the bedroom opening onto the deck.

DOWNSTAIRS:
The front entrance is located on the lower level. which opens into a large second lounge/living area with plenty of natural light and is set up with TV, bookcase for holiday reading and board games.
Three double bedrooms and bathroom with a separate toilet are located on this level.
There are two adult bikes and fishing gear to use. A local stand up paddleboard hire company is set up by the creek, 50 meters from home.
