Our flat is centrally located in the center of Cannes . Windows overlooking the Alps . Huge terrace allows you to have your meals outside. Every door from every room opens to a terrace. The place is spacious and very cozy , great for peaceful work , couples retreat .Good for solo adventurers, business travelers, Romantic get always. We have free WIFI.
Farmers market Gambetta is around the corner. Tree gourmet restaurants ( local cuisine ) simply on the ground floor of your building
We are close to public transport and train station. you are in the center of it all! art, culture, best restaurants , beaches 5 min away .
Palace Festival just 700 m away - 7 minutes leisure walk.one block away Hermes, Fendi, Balanciaga, Cartier,ext. Casino -one block away. The flat is very cozy, all rooms are separated by a large foyer. We have 2 TVs one in the bedroom, 2 toilets and very comfy large bedrooms. We shall be happy to host you.
We have garage ( upon request)inside the building.

Why they chose this property
centrally located , in the middle of Banana, but at the same time on a quiet small street. It is 700 m from the Festival palace. One block from the farmer's market.Five min from the railway station,five minutes from the finest beaches.
Inside of the Mecca of the best restaurants. Otherwise you have a big terrace where you can have your glass of wine, which you'll get on the ground floor f your building.
