Uncle Tom’s Shack: Funky Beach Shack with Million Dollar Views, 3BRs & 2 Baths

** All guests are welcomed with a bottle of SA wine and chocolate **

Just finished in July 2017, this very cool beach “shack’ has spectacular views of Middleton beach thanks to its million dollar location opposite a reserve. The living room, dining area, kitchen, main bedroom and, of course, the big front porch, all enjoy unrestricted beach views.

The house has just been fully refurbished. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living/dining area, this “shack” caters for up to 6 people in absolute comfort. The bedroom configuration is:

Main - King Bed
Second - Queen Bed
Third - Two Single Beds (bottom bunk beds only)

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

The owners have spared no expense on fitting out this property. Three brand new reverse cycle split system units have been installed – one in the living/dining area, one in the main bedroom and one in the second bedroom. The windows have been double glazed to maximise year round comfort and peace. The mattresses are brand new and ultra comfortable. There are wall mounted TVs in the main living area and the main bedroom. Fast NBN WiFi is included + Netflix (self login)! There is a Nespresso coffee machine for that early morning caffeine fix! For beach goers there is an outdoor shower on the back deck – with both hot and cold water! A brand new gas HWS has been installed to ensure guests never run out of hot water. And did we mention the views?

The back yard has been fully fenced with 1.5M colourbond, and there is a kid-proof gate between the front and rear yards. The front and back yards have wide expanses of turf and new landscaping. The backyard is huge and perfect for a game of backyard cricket!

This is the quintessential Middleton beach “shack” with the vibe of yesteryear and all the comforts and style of 2017. What a perfect pet friendly holiday retreat!

Gorgeous views, top location, a great stay

A lovely spot to stay and so convenient being able to bring our doggo. The view is wonderful and all the conveniences are thought of, especially in the kitchen. Plenty of beds, a lovely welcome treat, and lots of backyard space for pets and kids to use.

Cute beach house with cracking views

I enjoyed staying at the house . Very clean and tidy and well equipped. Beautiful views of the ocean. Could do with ceiling fans in the bedrooms especially since you can’t open the windows . No dishwasher. Very small living area . Probably a little overpriced in my opinion given it’s limitations. Real estate agent great to deal with .

Brilliant location

This property, although basic in some ways, provided everything we needed for a fabulous getaway. The location is brilliant, only 1 minute walk to the beach.

The Quintessential Holiday House

We were very impressed as soon as we opened the door. It was very clean and had a warm feel to the place. You had uninterrupted sea views and with heating and cooling perfect whatever the weather. We will definitely book again.

This property is situated in an excellent location with stunning ocean views. Very clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities you need. Big backyard to kick the footy or play cricket. Would highly recommend :)

Nice touches

We were very pleased with this holiday rental. It was well positioned overlooking a reserve and a big beach landscape. Really clean, comfortable, with some very thoughtful touches, the house, while compact, was filled with good design and light. Large outdoor areas, pet-friendly (although absolutely no evidence of anybody else's pet!), we were right at home from the start. We would recommend this cheerful holiday property and would return any time.

Great Outlook

Very happy with our stay, lovely house and big backyard for the dog. Great location overlooking the beach. Even happier that we saw some whales. Couldn't get oven to work but that wasn't a major problem.

The house was perfect. Very well equipped and such a beautiful spot!

Our stay was amazing. The house is very lovely, with everything you could ask for. It's just a short hop skip and a jump to the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The big back yard is great for the dogs and backyard cricket. We will definitely stay again. Thank you it was a very memorable stay.

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Communication with Petlet before, during and after was great. The place was so clean and well looked after. Location was perfect. The furnishing was modern and the house was well stocked with anything we would need through-out our stay. We would definitely stay again with petlet.

Great view and location!

We loved it here, awesome view! The house is really nice, everything is there that you need as always with petlet, and great to be able to take the dogs, who loved being able to go straight down to the beach!
