And, of course you have space to slow down and relax on your private balcony or sun drenched sitting room. What’s more, you’re only a short stroll from Clovelly Beach and close to the CBD.
Behind the white and sandstone faced you’ll be captivate by the expansive, light-filled interior of Clovelly Pavilion. Your arrival couldn’t be more stress-free with a garage and off-street parking available. As you enter through the ground level, you’ll discover a seamless design where the simple white colour palette, timber flooring, modern furniture and large windows create a relaxing atmosphere.
Located on the first level are three modern bedrooms. Two enjoy access to the front balcony and share a dreamy white bathroom featuring black fixtures. At the rear of this level is the private master suite where you’re sure to have a restful sleep surrounded by magnificent views and your private balcony. You also have a walk-in-robe and resort-style ensuite with his and hers vanity. While a soak in the freestanding bath is the perfect end to a busy day!
On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom, study, toilet and a stunning sitting room. But guests will gravitate to the lower ground floor where the heart of the home lies. Under high ceilings and with views beyond the floor to ceiling windows is the living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen, with its marble bench tops and splashback, offers quality appliances and ample space to prepare meals – not to mention the convenience of a hidden pantry and kitchen bench seating. The dining table guarantees meals with a view while everyone can get comfortable in the living room on the large sofa. And for those cooler nights, a fireplace is on hand. Also on this level is a rumpus room which is the perfect escape for the kids!
Outside, a spacious covered deck with BBQ overlooks the garden and pool. Enjoy lunch, watch the kids plat in the backyard or pool, or simply find a quiet spot for some me-time.
