Heaven at Henley

Right in heart of the action & stones throw to the Esplanade, this house is a perfect get away. Three separate living spaces perfect for families or large groups.

Only 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to Grange Esplanade & 15 min walk to Henley Square.

Henley Beach offers an incomparable lifestyle with an abundance of dining & shopping options & of course that stunning coast line.




GROUND FLOOR:
The ground floor has a formal living room as you enter the home complete with a Smart TV and larger lounge. It then flows into a spacious open plan second lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is also a downstairs wash closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher & statement Ariston 1200ml freestanding oven and cooktop as well as a filtered kitchen tap. You will also be provided with coffee, coffee pods, tea and sugar.

The open living, dining & kitchen overlooks 2 separate outdoor entertaining areas. Perfect outdoor paved entertaining area, pitched roof verandah with a gas BBQ.

There is also a separate, decked, outdoor entertainment area.


SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with a Queen bed, balcony, en suite & walk-in-robe. There are also another 3 bedrooms all with double beds, two of them with built in wardrobes.

The family bathroom upstairs is tiled floor to ceiling, with a frameless shower, free standing bath, vanity. Stocked with bath salts and bath bombs, as well as disposable shower caps, razors and toothbrushes. There is also a separate toilet located right next to the bathroom.

The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to front of house as well as the main bedroom, with 4 x Split system R/C air conditioners to service the remainder bedrooms and also the open kitchen/dining area.

There is a double garage with auto roller doors & space for additional cars to park in the driveway.

Beautiful property. Had everything we needed and wished for. The thoughtful provision of bathroom essentials, like toothbrushes, was appreciated and unexpected. It was great to be so close to the beach. We loved our morning walk along the esplanade and beach. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

This home unfortunately is not what it seems and NOT the picture shown it presents as “Grimey” and run down.Although a lot of thought was put in to the little extra comforts and clean bathrooms. The beding was creased and window covering very old and broken with dirty windows. Outside was unkempt and unwashed. This must of been a beautiful home when it was like the picture.. Disappointing Home

A stunning home. Power point in one of the bedrooms not working. Also outdoor area was very dusty. We had to wash the tables down and sweep before we could sit down. However this did not detract from how lovely the house was. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect location
The house was in a perfect location with its proximity to the golf courses we were playing and to Henley Square with all of its very good restaurants . It was very well equipped and very spacious and comfortable living areas and bathrooms It was misrepresented as 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms which it wasn’t having 2 bathrooms and a powder room It is need of some maintenance and smartening up to match the photo of the outside and in some internal areas Despite a warning that a fee would be charged if the barbecue was not left clean the barbecue was in fact very dirty Needed some bags for the kitchen rubbish bins However we still very much enjoyed our stay

Last farewell short stay
From the beginning the transaction was seamless and the communication was clear with speedy responses. Clean, spacious home with ample room to gather or retreat for privacy. All appliances are new and in working order making the stay more enjoyable. Warm, enjoyable and spacious home made the difficult reason for being in Adelaide to spend precious time with and to say farewell to our loved one, just that much easier. Thank you Nadine ❤️
