About this property

Ridge View Holiday Home - tranquil getaway

Our fully equipped four bedroom home accommodates six people and is located on 8 acres in a tranquil semi rural setting 4 kilometers from the Augusta town centre, 8.5 kilometers from the Augusta Boat Harbour and 13 kilometers from the historic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. A perfect setting for families, a weekend getaway and star gazing. The night sky puts on an amazing show.

There are two master bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a king single bed and one with two king single beds. A portable cot and high chair are available.

The open plan lounge, dinning and large kitchen areas are heated in winter by a wood fired heater. The laundry has a washing machine. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

A veranda extends around the house and includes a carport. A BBQ, outdoor furniture and table tennis table are available.

All you need to bring is linen.

No pets allowed.

Relaxing stay
We loved our stay. It was so relaxing to be away from the town but still so close if we needed to go there. Would love to come back. Had everything we needed, so much for kids to do also.

Relaxing getaway
We enjoyed how spacious the place was. Large yard, foos ball table, ping pong, kid scooters. Very quiet, great to look up see the stars. Close to the attractions we wanted to see. Really enjoyed Flinders Bay as well, with a jetty and pontoon. Great time!

Fabulous home in great location

Perfect for our family getaway!
It was the perfect property for our family getaway! A bedroom with comfy beds for everyone and a wood fire heater to keep us warm. We loved exploring the beautiful garden with birds, trees and Billy goats next door. I highly recommend this place and must say the photos on the ad do not show its true beauty.

Absolutely AMAZING!
Thanks so much, Sandra! The property had EVERYTHING, it was clean and there was so much to do! There were board games, cricket, darts, foos ball, table tennis! The property was so tranquil, absolutely gorgeous views when you get up and look out the windows! What I LOVED about the property was the fact that the whole house was surrounded by verandahs and hence shaded the house, so with the doors opened, the breeze was unreal! We fell in love with this place and went away with very happy memories we will cherish FOREVER! Everything was close by too, Margaret River a half hour drive away, IGA and the Catholic Church five mins away.We will be back AGAIN! Thanks Sandra so much for making our 3 nights' stay an unforgettable experience!

Lovely family winter holiday
We had a lovely stay at this property which was amazing for our children. They loved spending so much time outdoors and enjoying playing cricket, riding bikes, walking around the property and kicking a ball. The kitchen was really well equipped for all the cooking we did and the house had everything we could need. Thank you for having us.

House in the country
We stayed for 10 days, my partner and I and granddaughter, then daughter and friend for last few days. Close to town while being very country, good base to explore and quiet. A little run down, but everything worked and lots of space. Had a very relaxing 10 days, good for the price.

Just Perfect
Had a wonderful stay, well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable and cozy lounge room warmed by the enclosed wood fire. Functional, spacious kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The clean, quality bbq was a pleasure to cook on. A quiet rural environment yet so close to town. Our host Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience.
