Happy Days Beach Shack - Beachfront, 4 bedroom, Pets

Our home is for outside PETS.....if you have a special request regarding your pet please message us before booking

***Sorry but not suitable for Under 25's or Schoolie groups***

- Completely renovated home
- Sleeps up to 10 guests (dependent on the booking)
- Beach access straight across the road leash free for pets
- Free WIFI
- Linen included

Upstairs has:
- Main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite
- Kitchen
-Dining & Lounge Room with air conditioning & ceiling fan
- Separate toilet

Downstairs has:
- Bed 2, 3, 4 are all fitted with ceiling fans
- Bed 4 has no window
- family room
- bathroom with bath and separate toilet
- laundry with washer & dryer

**Depending on the number of guests booked we may lock off rooms at times.

HAPPY DAYS LOCATION - Conveniently located opposite Lighthouse beach. A 600 metre walk will take you to cafes (best coffee in town), restaurants, takeaway food shop, convenience store, butcher, bottle shop, post office, hairdresser, camel rides and a 1 minute car ride to Coles Supermarket, two Golf Courses, Bakery, Dominoes Pizza and a Service Station. There is also Camel riding on the beach.

HOUSE RULES (Please abide by these otherwise extra charges will apply)

1. All dishes to be washed, dried and put away including dishwasher items
2. All rubbish to be put out in the appropriate bins
3. House is to be left in a similar state to your arrival including furniture positions
4. Chopping boards to be used in kitchen at all times & No hot saucepans/oven dishes to be on bench top as it will crack the bench top.
5. Strictly no noise after 10pm, no partying or schoolies
7. Pets to remain outside the home however they can occupy the laundry or garage and any litter is to be removed. Evidence (hair) inside the home will incur $100 additional cleaning fee.
8. All sporting equipment is to be kept in the garage.
9. Only the number of guests booked and use only booked beds please.
10. All breakages and items not working are to be reported
11. Children must eat in the dining area not on lounges and refrain from using pens, glitter and slime in our home (we've had some bad experiences)
11. No smoking inside the home.
12. No bookings to Under 25 guests & Schoolies due to previous guest experiences.

Perfect get-away
Perfect location to relax and unwind. Excellent for walking your beloved pets at the local Lighthouse Dog beach just over the road. Excellent furnishings and toiletries, everything is supplied. Well worth the stay with family. Would love to revisit accommodation in the near future.

Lovely property in quiet location. There are stairs to kitchen and lounge area which could be difficult for some people. It was very well equipped and an easy drive to shops and restaurants . Very handy to beach which was also dog friendly.

Lighthouse Beach
House was nice but floors were sandy/dirty & surfaces had sticky residue in main areas and laundry. Kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, in particular pans, plates, mugs had sticky residue & egg on them. Insufficient towels, linen for period of stay & # of people & couch pillows had pre-existing pet hair, no sponges provided for cleaning. View and location was great, especially when not raining. External dog bowl was dirty & insufficient cover for two dogs outside in wet conditions, particularly as no dog door to laundry or lockable sliding door to main areas thus had to find alternative barriers to stop pets accessing house. The lint filter in the dryer in the laundry had not been cleaned in months and I cut my fingers cleaning the lint out of the base. The washing machine lid was very sticky.The BBQ was tiny for a family staying or # of people staying as we did. The frying pans are terrible and need replacing. We bought our own in the end as the ones provided were sticky and thick with muck and despite cleaning them, during use I suffered facial and neck burns due to food sticking on surface of pan and oil jumping horrendously on me. As we were also working remotely the internet speed we noticed was extremely slow and aside from the general dining table and kitchen bench in the open kitchen dining area there was no console table or small study table to use as a small desk to work from when needed.

Lovely home ... extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. Thoughtful condiments and toilet paper supplied. Close to the beach. Excellent for our family and our pet.

Ideal place for a girls weekend - comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, right across from the beach (dog friendly), and within walking distances to great cafes (including Coast, which does fantastic brunches directly facing the beach).
