About this property

Single family Home - 2 stories. 3 large bedrooms with 2 queen and 2 twin beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are not included. Pergo flooring on first floor. Finished hardwood on 2nd floor. 1 1/2 baths with an additional outside shower. Close to the beach with restrooms at library/playground boardwalk on our street.
Lots of great restaurants, Santucci, Velo Cafe, Sapore, Playa bowl, Duncan, shops, nails salon, liquor store, Walgreens etc. all within 1 block from house. Leave your car and walk to everything. 6 beach tags for you to use.

The yard is fenced in with a dining set, umbrella, BBQ grill and outdoor shower. Driveway parking for 2 cars!

Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach cruisers are In the storage room for your use.

Great house!

Host was really accomplishing and responsive, house was exactly as advertised, no surprises, except was expecting a little smaller and more cramped. Instead it was open, lovely, really nice outdoor area too

Great house! Great location.

My family spent a week at the shore and this house was perfect for us. The location was great, just a few blocks from the beach. Close to restaraunts and shopping. House was well equipped, it had bikes and sand toys and a few board games as well. Thank you.

Awesome street on New Haven Avenue . Walkable area,great places to eat, shop and enjoy the beach. Beach concerts , restrooms, community center are on our street up at the boardwalk.
