This is a truly amazing apartment that has the wow factor as soon as you walk in the door. The views from every room are spectacular and it is so private - no one looking in on you from a neighbouring complex... Every room has both block out and privacy blinds but I just leave them open all the time to gaze out into the distance at the views - I love it. Entry is via security controlled doors and lift. Access is only permitted using a security fob that is specific to each floor level. It is private, exclusive and very safe. The apartment also has two permanent car parking spots which are accessed via a remote control to the lower basement. A security deposit is fully refunded upon return of the keys and remote devices. The windows are all double glazed so it is quiet and cosy and each room has its own air conditioner/heater to keep you comfortable. A balcony wraps around the corner positioned apartment so it is light filled and accessible with every room having its own full length floor to ceiling door. The bedrooms have been furnished with beautiful upholstered furniture and the master has a Queen sized Sealy Posturepedic mattress and the second bedroom has a Sleepmaker miracoil mattress - ie. good quality, supportive and very comfy mattresses. Both have mirrored robes with drawers, shelving and full hanging spaces. Hangers are provided. The lounge has a 49" new TV with HD resolution and an awesome sound. The apartment has unlimited wifi use. The dining has a large table with comfortable chairs. It can be used for work/study with power and digital points in close proximity. The kitchen is streamlined, clean and contemporary. There is full use of all equipment and some food - please replace whatever you use. There is a front loader washing machine/dryer combo which is available for use. The best part of the apartment is the location - easy access to Fitzroy proper and all that it has to offer, close to University of Melbourne, RMIT and other academic institutions as well as just a tram ride from the city. It is walking distance to the Fitzroy pool and to the beautiful Edinborough gardens. Please note that a development has commenced on the neighbouring block to the rear of the apartment so there is the potential for some noise. However works will only take place during business hours and presumably not weekends

Neighbourhood overview
Fitzroy is the oldest suburb in Melbourne and its mix of history with contemporary living makes it a very happening place to be in. It is a lively multi-faceted inner city borough filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, studios and live music - there is so much to see and do and enjoy. Retail therapy is definitely a must with the iconic shopping strips of Brunswick and Smith Streets. The apartment is ideally located just one street across from the full busy ebb and flow of main strip. You can step out from the front door and walk 100m and be in the trendiness of Brunswick St to hang out, dine or just relax in the myriad of restaurants, cafes and parks. Grab a coffee, cake, meal or just chat. It's pretty special. It has a diverse food offering which is a sheer sensory delight to the taste buds - in fact it has more cafes and restaurants listed in the The Age food guide than any other suburb (with the exception of Melbourne CBD). BUT if you want more it is only 2kms from the Melbourne city centre.
Getting around
The apartment is very close to the corner of Brunswick Street and Alexandra Parade. It has ready access to the No. 11 and 112 trams which will take you to the city centre (free travel between Parliament House stops to Victoria Harbour Docklands) and out to St Kilda's Fitzroy Street and beaches. The outer journey takes you to Bell St Preston with trendy Northcote worth a visit. There is easy access to St Vincent's hospital, the Eye and Ear hospital as well the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre and the South Melbourne district. A connecting tram can take you to the Crown Casino. Trains, bikes and automobiles also will do the job of seeing Melbourne's attractions.
