This a wonderfully established, multi-level, centrally located holiday home that offers all the space and comfort you could wish for. An ideal venue for bridal groups, family groups, or golfing groups.

Six bedrooms, three bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, a suite of decks for outdoor dining and entertainment, and a huge garden with rolling lawns, with thriving native shrubbery, means that everyone can spread out and enjoy some good old R & R.

You are literally a couple of minutes from shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, river and surf beach and golf club.

The Space:
The King master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, three further bedrooms with either queen or double, a small study/bunk room with two single bunk beds plus a further bedroom with two single beds.

Had everything and more!

We had a magnificent time at this place couldn't fault. Very spacious. beds comfortable. The living room and fireplace was a great place to sit at the end of the day and congregate. Everything we needed was there, beds very comfortable , quiet, location amazing just 200 metres from shops, Barwon Heads hotel. The house was very big with rustic charm and very comfortable. We had a 12 seater bus and parking was no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Great spot for an extended family weekend away

We stayed with three generations for a family catch- up. The house had plenty of space for everyone, was well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located within easy walking distance of river, shops, cafes, hotel and walking tracks to bluff.

Great house my second stay

I love this house. It’s our second stay and we will stay again. It’s a great house especially for a couple of families or a few friends. The weather was ordinary and we enjoyed the open fire so much. It’s so close to everything with a relaxed vibe.

Great location but it would be nice to have linen supplied also some more toilet rolls and soap

We were disappointed for over a thousand Dollars a night you didn’t get linen or spare toilet rolls or even had soap which we had to buy. This was very disappointing.

Hard to sleep

While our overall experience was fine there were some issues. There was a constant beeping during the night from an adjacent property and mattresses in two of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable leading to several restless nights for two of our party. We would suggest these mattresses should be upgraded.

What a great property

We had a fabulous long weekend. The space at the property both indoors and out meant our family had plenty of spots to sit down and catchup and have a sip and the kids loved running around on the lawn area. The location couldn't be better with an IGA at the end of the street and the main strip full of eateries and boutique shopping only a couple of minutes walk away. We would love to come back again in the future.

Gorgeous house in great location

We rented the house for a weekend with an extended family group of 8 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect layout with two separate bedroom ‘wings,’ huge living areas, two dining areas inside and two outside, a big kitchen, lots of deck areas and a fully fenced, nicely landscaped yard. The house is a beautiful and relaxing space to hang out in with huge ceilings, lots of timber, nice furnishings and windows and sliding doors everywhere. It’s also in a fantastic location about a minute’s walk to the town and the same to the beach but still feels very private and quiet. The only minor issue we had was that the supplies left in the house were stingy compared to other places we’ve rented with no soap, shampoo, olive oil or coffee pods for the coffee machine supplied but this was the only downside. All in all it was a lovely place to stay and we hope to return!

Location and comfort.

The home is great for larger groups. Plenty of space to spread out and the location was amazing. Within walking distance of beaches, shops and cafes. The property has plenty of outdoor space and offered all the comforts we needed.

Quality Family Time

We loved our family getaway in Barwon Heads. The house was fantastic & location couldn’t have been better. Communication with management was prompt & very helpful. Loved the large living areas & outdoor deck/bbq area. Great week of quality family time.

Quick getaway

We had a great couple of days with family. So much space and location was fantastic. Big house and property for everyone. Kitchen needs more pans, trays etc, for what I payed kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Would of been great if you supplied tea towels with linen/towel order. I would stay again though, room configuration was great with the kids.
