There is a narrow remote entry lock-up garage which allows internal access into the home.
Under the stairwell inside the home, you will find a storage area which houses the ironing board and iron, floor sweeper etc.

There is a separate downstairs outdoor area with seating, also accessible from the living area. There is a wall mounted exterior clothes line beside that area.
Adjacent to the property, there is guest parking with spaces for four vehicles.
The property is a short walk to the town centre and the RSL Club and the property is only a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Sussex Inlet and surrounding areas.
Sussex Inlet has a taxi service and both the RSL Club and the Bowling Club provide courtesy buses which can be booked per phone.
This is a non-smoking property but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors (with exit doors closed) and butt bins are provided for all outdoor sitting areas for that purpose.
