Pelican Waters - Everything you need for a fabulous holiday

Pelican Waters is a delightful 3 bedroom townhouse situated adjacent to the lake in Ocean Grove, few minutes drive to the beach, Barwon river, fantastic restaurants, shops only a few minutes walk. Being at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, a 15-20 minute drive places you in Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington or to many of the districts wineries and olive groves.

Pelican Waters is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with new queen size Sealy Villa Plush mattresses and a third bedroom with two single beds with comfy new mattresses. Sleeping a total of 6 persons... the townhouse is light, modern and fully self contained. There are two toilets, two showers, and large bath. The house is air conditioned and heated throughout. Your stay will will be made that much more pleasant with a wall mounted 65inch smart TV, Blue-ray DVD & Bose stereo system, Bose portable speaker, Wi-fi, charging station and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equiped for your stay and complete with dishwasher, microwave, sufficient crockery, cutlery, and glass wear. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor courtyard comes with a webber bbq, large outdoor umbrella and outdoor setting for eight also comfy chairs for relaxing on lazy summer days.

Pelican Waters is a great summer holiday destination for your next holiday. Quilts, pillows and hand towels are provided. JUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES & TOWELS.

Weekend getaway
The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. This is an ideal place for families and friends to stay. There were plenty of board games to keep the younger kids entertained. It’s just a few minutes drive to the shops and the ocean surf beach. There’s also a lake and playground nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Waters and will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely long weekend stay at Pelican Waters. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Comfy beds and recliner lounges to wind down at night after a day at the beach.Carol was very helpful with recommending places to eat and the checkout was seamless and easy. The 2 showers were handy and there was everything we needed there to make our stay comfortable. We had a great time and will be back again. Thanks for being a wonderful host Carol.

Feels like a home away from home! Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable all within an easy walk, ride, or drive to the Ocean grove and Barwon Heads beaches and shops. We love an evening walk around Blue Waters lake positioned just metres away. Our favourite family getaway

Excellent description of property & communication. Beautifully presented and so clean. I loved how everything was supplied & stocked up like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, cleaning products, kitchen supplies & panty items. Even coffee pods! Garage was great & we fit two cars inside. Nice lake close by and the kids loved the basketball ring and playground just across the road. We all loved the recliner couchs. Wonderful stay

Wonderful property for a family
I was pleasantly surprised but how lovely the house was. I was expecting it to be smaller but it has a lovely big open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining room and the bedrooms were great sizes. Handy to have an extra toilet downstairs. The kids loved the park! 0ark

Another relaxing stay at Pelican Waters
This was our 4th stay at Pelican Waters and as always, the property is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and welcoming. Carol is an amazing host and we appreciate being able to enjoy your wonderful property and had yet another relaxing break before Easter. We had beautiful weather and many walks around the Blue Lake. Perfect long weekend
We stayed over the sweltering long weekend but was so comfortable with the air con. Lovely host and perfect house with everyone's needs catered for. Would love to come back and it is not often we say that as we like to try new places but this is a gem

Superb holiday home by Blue Waters Lake

This property is like home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and well facilitated with quality appliances. The playground and basketball court nearby was handy for our children. Carol was a wonderful host. She was great to communicate with. Her place was very spacious for a family of four. The place was modern and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were thoughtful details such as charging cords by the bed. Location was very ideal for us. It was a short drive to local wineries in Ocean Grove, Barwon Head Golf Club and Thirteenth Beach. Our stay at Pelican waters was terrific. The property was very clean and incredibly well supplied with items you might need when visiting with children. The location to the playground, lake and general vicinity to local sights was great. Carol was very welcoming and terrific with communication about the property. We hope to visit again.
