Just OK

Good location with view of gulf and location to restaurants/shops. Furniture (beds/living space/balcony) not the best, very uncomfortable. Wi-fi was abysmal, little to no connection on balcony and inconsistent connection through interior space. Access to beach and pool was great and the other people renting in the building were very nice and friendly.

Perfect beachfront condo Indian Rocks Beach

Everything we hoped for, extremely comfortable with 5-star view of the beach and roomy balcony. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dining room table big enough to seat 6 plus more.

Great condo!

This was a great condo for our family trip. The pool was nice and quiet and the condo is right on the beach with easy access just steps away. Parking garage was very convenient. The elevator was broken during our stay so that was a bummer. The patio is very spacious and had a phenomenal view. The pool has no shade in the afternoons and could use another umbrella or two. The dishwasher also had sand in it so was not very effective. You can hear your neighbors footsteps since it is a smaller building but management is very easy to contact if there are any problems. The bedrooms were great and fit a rental crib for our baby. Overall we were very pleased with the condo!

Family vacation

We have been traveling to this area for years. We love Indian Rocks Beach. We have stay at this complex before in a different unit. This unit was just as described, I like how it was decorated. The views are amazing and the location is great! I would stay in this unit again. I like that we can walk up the steps and not have to rely on an elevator. I do cook a bit on vacation and it had everything I needed.

Vacay 2024

Condo was super nice and clean. Had the the kitchen supplies need to cook brakfast and small meals. Water pressure was a little lacking in both bathrooms would be nic3 to have access to the locker in the parking garage so you wouldnt have to carry beach chairs ect up amd down every day but thats our only complaints. Views and beach access were prefect. Able to walk to several resturants and ice cream shops. Great all around experience.

Condo as described, very clean, kitchen dishes well stocked, great pool and walk to nice beach. Unit had water toys, chairs umbrella. Feel a good value for the money. Only complaint is WiFi was not good at all. Constantly going in and out so if needing TV or internet not a good choice.

Spectacular View and Acess

We stayed for a week and have no complaints. Pool, hot tub, the beach and a deck overlooking sunset! We got a call that we were walking too loud. The floor above us was loud too but that did not bother us at all. The condo has tile floors so i am assuming that is what makes the noise! A perfect place to stay if you love the beach and sunsets!

Great for Spring Break

Very cute condo, nice pool, hot tub, and gas grills. The beds were comfortable which is very important to a family on a short trip. All the furniture was in good shape. There were several additional pillows as well as a selection of kitchen utensils. The dryer lint catcher was pretty worn- and i cut my fingers several times trying to clean lint out. The keruig also needed cleaned. There was a broken drawer in the refridgerator- and I removed it so my kids didn't grab it and potentially be injured. I don't feel this was the condo's fault- it's clear plastic so it may not have looked cracked. I would rate this a solid 4.5. The garage parking was tricky, but we managed okay.

Exactly as advertised

The condo met all of our expectations based on the pictures advertised. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location of the condo, to the pool, to the beach, was all very convenient and visible from the balcony. Which is helpful if you have kids/teens or a group. The beds are very high, which we could tell based on the pictures provided. We have a traveler with physical disabilities so that was a bit of a challenge, even with the step stool provided. Again, we knew that based on the photos, and wouldn’t have been a problem otherwise. We would definitely come back again!

303 oceanway

We loved the condo! Despite the construction going on on the beach, it was still very enjoyable and we were able to still sit on the beach! The condo was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated! There was some confusion on guest parking and a call was made to clarify of which I received a call back very quick. The only issue is that when sending the email out with instructions, please make reference to the fact that the guest needs to have a pass in the car and where exactly for them to park. There was compact guest spots that confused both them and myself, but it was clarified when the call was returned. I will definitely be back to rent again. I absolutely loved it!

Loved it

This condo was perfect from the cleanliness to the furnishings. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Perfect on the beach. Easily accessible with the elevator. Covered parking and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The beach was a little washed out due to the hurricane Idalia, however it was still fun to walk on and look for shells. This was a pleasant trip and we will remember it forever.

Very high humidity in condo made it very uncomfortable for us. It was resolved on Wednesday at 4 pm. This was due to dirty, outdated filter. We enajoyed Thursday and Friday but the rest of the week was very stressful.

Fantastic property in an even better location!

Everything about this property was 5 stars. We stay in IRB and / or Clearwater 2x a year so we have lots to compare to. Everything was clean and well stocked. The beach goodies were better than any property we have stayed at in the past, plenty of chairs, umbrellas etc. location is outstanding, very walkable if you want, but also parking available at local stores and restaurants if you prefer to drive. The beds could be more comfortable but it is on par with all the beach properties we have stayed at in the past. The pool was always clean and nice to have when the kids needed a break from the beach. Prior reviews talk about ability to hear upstairs neighbors. Again, on par with every location we have stayed it in the past-it comes with the territory on a beach condo rental and was not bad at all!! We’ll definitely be back!!!!
