If you are wishing for a hassle free holiday in an opulent premise, a quiet location offering a nature reserve outlook overlooking the lake on Lake Macquarie, then this luxury abode is the Genie in the bottle.

Boasting four (4) bedrooms, the master bedroom provides a king sized bed, a twin shower en-suite and balcony access. All the other bedrooms have double beds and built in robes. There is another full bathroom. This stunning accommodation allows a spacious break away with a large open living room, a formal family area plus a dining area attached to the beautiful sunny kitchen. Large panoramic windows overlook the in-ground swimming pool and Lake Macquarie.

Located in a quiet position very handy to a takeaway shop, bottleshop, and a general store with a shopping Centre only minutes drive away and close to a choice of other local destinations. With the lake at your back door the possibilities are endless with fishing,sailing, watersking and kayaking and if the beach and surfing is your thing we have amazing beaches only10 mins drive. There is Lake Munmorah state recreation park 10 miin drive, 15 min drive to the beautiful Catherine Hill Bay beach and a little further up the road Caves Beach - what more could you ask for? The best thing is it is only 1hr 15min from Sydney .

lovely stay

the property has all you need for a relaxing stay by the lake and near the beach. The living areas and kitchen have all the good stuff. the pool is awesome. A quiet getaway for a mid sized group to enjoy some simple bbqs, games (we brought our own) and fishing (byo gear) in the lap of comfort. Very pretty place.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved every minute of our stay! Fabulous pool than the kids loved… beautiful views, wonderfully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, comfortable beds! Something for everyone, from kayaks, bikes, the pool and a game of soccer out the back!

Overall we were happy with our stay, place was a great size for our group and it is a great location However this is purely for your feedback and for future tenants as the overall cleanliness of the place was a topic of conversation during our stay… Cobwebs outside and some dust inside on the pullouts n some other Items in the draws and cupboard did not appear to be clean and there was bit of a musty smell when we arrived. This is definitely not a whinge, this is purely to let you know what your place is currently like in case you hadn’t been there for a while.

Great property with amazing views and well appointed with everything we needed.

We would like to thank you for letting us share your wonderful home. The house and outdoor areas were very clean and well stocked with everything you could need; the use of the kayaks such a bonus. A great property for a relaxing stay with an amazing view. Lots to do around as well, bike tracks, beaches, and shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay and felt so lucky to be able to enjoy this little slice of heaven. The property was 5 stars all the way. Throughly recommend.

What a view! Group of 5 friends catching up for a relaxing weekend. House was spacious, comfortable & well equipped. Beds comfortable & we had enough beds for a bed each. Pool was lovely & weather perfect. We booked water taxi to/from Trinity 8 Restaurant which was wonderful. Jetty adjacent to house. A thoroughly good weekend enjoyed by all. PS: Bottle Shop across the road!

Beautiful relaxing vibe and view

We had a beautiful time at the loveliest home in Chain Valley Bay. I actually don't think the pictures do the place justice... the view is incredible. The home is so very well equipped; and Melissa the host is superb at communication and also very thoughtful. If you are deciding between a couple of places... ponder no more! Book here! ALSO - get a water Taxi to the restaurant called Trinity 8 - it's a fabulous menu - and a wonderful trip!

Beautiful residence with beautiful views to match

Had a great weekend away with family in this lovely house. House exceeded expectations. Fully functional kitchen with everything you could think of. Outdoor area is excellent for a big group. Lovely house in a great location

We stayed here for the Easter long weekend and had a fantastic time. The kids loved the pool and kayaking in the lake, and the adults loved fishing off the jetty. Plenty of room for a large group and close to everything. We’ll be back!
