20 Steps to the Sand! - Beachfront Apartment! No Roads to Cross

This place is positioned in the perfect spot, just park your car in the underground carpark, and enjoy all that Mooloolaba has to offer. A few steps to the left of the huge ground floor balcony and you're in the swimming pool or a few more steps and you're on the beach. No roads to cross - in fact shoes are optional! The air conditioned apartment is large with plenty of sitting space both inside and out to cater for all guests. Massive tv to keep hubby happy too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need for your stay as there's oodles of crockery and glassware (no need to be washing dishes every five minutes). There's 2 great sized bathrooms and the beds provide a good nights sleep - even the sofa bed has a full sized mattress - no nasty bars sticking in your back !! Linen is provided and all you need bring along are beach towels,

This location and the parks along the Mooloolaba Spit are very popular for wedding ceremonies and events. This location has a beautiful walkway with the ocean on one side and the Mooloolah River on the other. The end of the pathway is a popular fishing spot.

Perfect holiday home
We are a family of 5 and loved this property. It is spacious, clean , well equipped, very close to the beach and an easy walk to the wharf precinct and esplanade shops. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner kept the property cool even in the extreme heat and humidity we experienced. The pool was also a big positive for us and it was great to be able to sit outside on the deck and watch the kids in the pool. Leonie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We can’t fault this property and will most definitely be back !

Great family holiday location
We loved it! We did not have to use our car as everything we needed was within walking distance. This allowed us to go as a family to the beach or just one by one as it was so quick. The privacy afforded by the trees and shrubs was fantastic. Normally we love having a view of the water. We did not miss this one iota because we could be on the beach in a couple of minutes. My dealings with Stayz and especially the host were excellent - Very responsive, incredibly polite and helpful. My family from the UK were amazed at the whole experience and revelled in the relaxation the property afforded. I would definitely book this property again and for longer than a week.

We chose well, accommodation was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped for us 4 ladies. Only 20 steps to the beach .. literally!! Will rebook in the warmer months for swim;;, thanks so much 👍

location not luxury
Clean although signs and smells of mould. Excellent location near "The Wharf" however incredibly noisy older unit block which echoes every noise from every other unit. There was no long weekend sleep in. Key issues: unit complex main door very sticky and difficult to open. Key to carpark doesn't work. The carpark would only be suitable for a very small car as it is difficult to access and leave due to small size. No long term street parking.

Holiday At 20 Steps
We stayed here for Easter with our son, his partner and our two grandchildren. The unit was clean and well presented. Very spacious, pool is right outside the back door, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away. The beds were very comfy and showers were great. Everything you need is here. We Loved it. Amazing property! The ultimate sunshine coast location, walking distance to everything you could need. Right on the water step straight onto the sand. I feel like we found the hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast, will be staying here again! The property was very clean, had everything you could need included. Hosts communicated well at check in. The property is very large for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Break away to paradise
This property was quiet , well equipped and maintained with very comfortable beds. Ideally situated for access straight onto the beach but sheltered by the dunes. Very easy walking along the board walk to the surf club and delights of Mooloolaba shops and restaurants. Also good g the other way is amazing seafood straight from the trawler and lovely parks for the kids. The far end of the bay is very sheltered for safe swimming if you don’t like being chucked around by big waves! The waters and beach are pristine. The Savvy Squire bar and Sealife is just 5 minutes walk away . The Unit is very quiet and tucked away despite being close to these areas. We will definitely go back ! Leonie and Graham are great to deal with. Awesome holiday !

Beautifully appointed , comfortable and easy beach access
Inviting relaxation, from board games to netflix, all was provided for a pleasant, private, beach getaway. Handy to the town and wharves, just a short walk.

We tried to book in at 2pm which was the arranged time and the property had not been touched from the last renter, the cleaner turned up at 215 and finished at 3 a very quick clean. The outside patio was not touched and the rest not well cleaned. The property needs a lot of maintenance, falling off towel rails, bees nest on patio window sill, fruit and rubbish left under beds and coffee table, toasted sandwich maker with food scraps still attached. The property was advertised on stayz as a 3 bedroom when it was a two bedroom and a sofa in the lounge. The location is perfect a shame about the other details.

Steps to quiet beach
Unit is clean with basic equipment Well positioned to beach and short walk to shops and boat pickups but right next to pool so can get very loud when people use this Best for anyone loving getting out to beach all day On rainy days No Netflix or Stan on Tv Board Games are available though needing replacement-in poor condition There is air conditioning in main bedroom but not in other bedroom : window here leads onto main foyer of unit entrance so cannot be opened = Leaving door open is how fresh air gets into this room. Overall ok for short stay and a small family

Weekend at Mooloolaba Spit
Fantastic host, fantastic location, fantastic property. We had the best long weekend at this property and I highly recommend to all. Close to everything. Beautifully presented , renovated, older style apartment, which means plenty of space. Pool off the deck , surf beach a stones throw across the walkway. Ground floor , no stairs , easy access to everything Mooloolaba has to offer. We will be back !

Fabulous location
Location is perfect. Just a few steps along the path to the beach and boardwalk. 5 mins walk to the restaurants & cafes at the Wharf. Same to the Surf club and onto the cafe & esplanade strip. Apartment is clean & tidy and has everything you need. Owners very easy to communicate with. Early access was arranged without fuss.

fantastic location
This place was very well presented, clean and tidy. The pool was lovely, which we enjoyed in seclusion, though others did use during our stay. The unit is literally located right next to the beach so you can listen to the waves (not watch, because there is natural bush land protecting the beach). Once you hit the beach you are equidistant between surf lifesaver towers so take you pick. Its an easy 2-5min walk along the boardwalk to the local surf club, and importantly a coffee hub which starts 5:30 am, serving Campos coffee. There are other eateries across the road near the aquarium. Car space is in the second driveway, better to get that right before you enter as its a tight turnaround in the undercover area. All-up this is a very easy place to stay- we will consider returning.
