Welcome to our Tree Town getaway! Whether you’re here to visit the Big House, wander downtown, shop at the Ann Arbor Art Fair, or just relax and enjoy the city, you’ll find that Ann Arbor is a one of a kind place. We hope you enjoy your stay and love Ann Arbor as much as we do.

A little bit about us - Jill is known as a true Ann Arborite, born and raised in Ann Arbor. Paul is from Monroe, Michigan but has spent the last ten years in Ann Arbor. We have two energetic children who love the outdoors (and all things sports!) and our house has produced many great family experiences and memories. We searched for over two years until we found this home in the perfect location and the perfect size to accommodate us. It was a HUGE fixer-upper but now that it is finished, we are very happy with our decision and love living here.

We have a close-knit neighborhood and we have a few requests to make your stay pleasant (and keep the neighbors smiling).
1. Please keep the noise outdoors to a minimum after 9 pm.
2. Absolutely No Smoking inside of the house! If you need your fix, please smoke outside and not within 25 feet of the house. If smoke is detected after your check out, an additional cleaning fee for smoke removal will apply.

Why they chose this property

Jill (my wife) and I bought the house over 10 years ago as a single story home with an identity crisis. We enlisted the architectural design of Kevin Akay who has done fabulous work across the country to redesign our dream home. We get questions almost daily from people walking by our house and love to share it with our guests. Since we are perfectly located less than a 10-minute walk to the Big House and Downtown, we are truly the best spot for gameday weekend, Graduation, or just looking to experience everything Ann arbor has to offer.
