You'll love our beautiful newly renovated home on an 800 sqm fully fenced block, enjoy it as your own over Christmas. Perfect for kids & the dog - 3 separately fenced garden areas gives them plenty of room to run around & play safely while you relax on the veranda or by the saltwater pool. There is secure garage parking for 1 car, room to park another in the driveway, and for a boat as well

The house is open plan and spacious, with 2 separate living areas both with their own cable TV, large kitchen and 2 full size fridges, air-conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, 2 x outdoor entertainment areas & BBQ, wide verandahs for all day sun and shade no matter the weather, and lots of comfortable seating inside & out so everyone can have their own space.

The main bedrrom has 1 king bed, airconditioning, ceiling fan, TV, WIR and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and the 3rd bedroom / study a sofa bed. We can provide an extra single bed if required.

2 small - medium well behaved dogs are welcome & smoking is fine outside the house.

This is our own home and only holiday-listed for a month while we go away, the standard of decor, furnishings & cleanliness is very high. We've run holiday accommodation before and always got 5-star reviews

Enjoy a relaxed central Sunshine Coast location away from crowds & traffic but only 30 mins or less to everything you'll want to visit - Noosa, the Hinterland, Caloundra, Eumundi, Coolum
