An absolutely beautiful, top floor one bedroom apartment which we have owned since its construction in 2008. With fabulous views of Marigot Bay. Fully air-conditioned and interior designed to an extremely high standard, our light and airy apartment is a wonderful romantic hideaway which we would thoroughly recommend for both a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled adventure. Peaceful stay in wonderful location

Property was superb spacious and so quiet, being top floor. View was so interesting boat and people watching. Zoetry was also lovely, can use their towels. You will need to go further than the little portakabin for supplies like bread and milk.

Perfect accommodation and location

We loved staying in this very spacious apartment overlooking Marigot Bay and the Marina. Just the perfect location a few steps away from all Marigot Bay had to offer. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished and decorated. The kitchen area had everything you needed for cooking , and there was also a great washing machine and dryer. There was a lovely shaded balcony looking over the marina , perfect to watch the world go by. An added bonus was the owners arrangement with the resort hotel just a few minutes away for use of their pools. There are little ferry boats that take you to the beach and other hotels and bars in the area, which are free if you are eating or drinking there. The lady that welcomed us to the apartment was very welcoming and informative about the apartment and the area. We spent a heavenly 11 nights here and hope we can return some day.

Wonderful apartment, amazing views

We just returned from spending 2 weeks in this wonderful apartment. Loved the location. The apartment is spacious and airy - the best spot on the marina. During down times, the activity in the marina and bay provide great entertainment and views. Several dining options nearby or if you choose to have a meal in, everything you need is provided. Pauline, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation here.

Super sejour

L’appartement est superbe, la vue est idéale pour les petits déjeuner et apéro au soleil couchant. Notre arrivée et départ ont été géré en support de notre hôte local, Simon nous a donné très les infos nécessaires avant notre départ avec bcp de réactivité. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable bed, everything you need is provided, bathroom small and in need of refurbishment but otherwise great. Lovely views from the balcony watching the boats and activity in Marigot Bay Marina. Several restaurants in walking distance, not the cheapest, we were paying £90 to £150 each meal and not always 3 courses for that. We felt that this apartment is great for a week but as it lacks a beach maybe a two centre break is better if a beach is a priority. It can be a bit noisy first thing from 6am with the locals arriving to set up stalls and with the police station next door so be aware of that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others for something different.

The Place to be in Marigot.

We stayed in Simons apartment for 9 nights. We could not have wished for anything better. It was superb. This apartment has the perfect vista of Marigot Bay. To be able to enjoy the benefits of the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina was a massive plus. The apartment is very, very spacious. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The property manager, Pauline, was always available if we required her. We will forever, remember our stay at Simons apartment.

Great location!

Apartment 1a is a very bright and spacious! It is tastefully furnished and has all the home comforts you need. The location could not be any better on Marigot Bay. Sitting on the balcony in the early mornings watching the comings and goings of the many yachts and catamaran was a great way to start the day. Also the added bonus of having access to the Marigot Bay hotel facilities. All and all this was a perfect vacation destination.

Location, view and space

What a delightful property! The very best location in Marigot Bay. No other apartment has these gorgeous views. The whole experience was just lovely. Pauline, the property manager was very efficient and very helpful. She arranged a pick up from the airport for us. The apartment itself is very spacious and nicely furnished. The photos do not actually do it justice.Definitely would recommend staying here.

Best view in Marigot Bay

An awesome spot to spend a rainy or sunny day. Beautiful boats coming in and out of the harbor, very active view of Marigot bay. Pauline was super helpful with all questions and booking excursions, resort amenities were a great plus as well, highly recommend the Marigot resort spa and everything they have to offer. A trip to the market to grab soap, sunscreen, snacks, etc. is necessary if you don’t pack them. Loved our stay!

Best location for peace

The gem and highlight of this apartment is Pauline and Cornelius who manage it. So friendly and helpful. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Kitchen is very well stocked. This part of the island is close enough to things but so peaceful. The access to the pool and rest of the resort is amazing. Even the driver (Lance) is so incredibly friendly. All around 5 star.

Pure happiness in Marigot Bay

Marigot Bay and apartment 1A were beyond expectations! Pauline was amazing and was able to help us with all COVID related issues, testing etc. We are already planning a trip back to St Lucia! We loved everything about it.

Awesome island and awesome location

We were right on the bay and absolutely loved getting up in the morning and watching the activity of the boats! Marigot is the perfect location with easy access to both the north and south sides of the island for day trips... either by land or by water! Access to Marigot Bay resort amenities was a huge plus and there is easy access to 6-7 restaurants all within a short walk or water taxi ride! We will definitely try to come back and stay here again!

Outstanding harbor views

This lovely property in Marigot Bay is open, airy, bright and comfortable. The windows on 3 sides allow for a full view of the marina and harbor activity. The balcony faces north, so it's always shaded and receives the most magnificent breezes all day. We appreciated the shades on the east and west sides to keep the apartment cool. The bed was very comfortable. The location was superb. We enjoyed the Masala Bay restaurant just below us, also the Hurricane Hole. The small grocery at the marina was adequate only. We would recommend purchasing elsewhere if you have a car. We loved having the washing machine. The dryer location prevented it's use. But the drying rack was perfect. Sometimes the dishwasher did not release the soap into the water. But these are all small things. Pauline was very helpful in answering questions and arranging taxis. The apartment location is brilliant!! We enthusiastically recommend this apartment and would love to return.

We have returned to Marigot Bay for 8 years now and this apartment has the best view there. It is light, spacious and beautifully furnished with a very comfy bed. You could sit on the balcony for hours watching the bay activity. This year we even had pelican acrobatics morning and evening. Simply love it.

First Timers to St. Lucia

We traveled to St. Lucia for a week over Christmas and had a fabulous trip! As soon as we arrived at the airport, Pauline had a taxi driver waiting to pick us up and he drove us to this beautiful spot on Marigot Bay. When we got to the apartment, Pauline was waiting for us and she showed us all around the apartment and then filled us in on the restaurants and things that were in the area. The pictures online don't do this apartment justice! It had a huge, well-stocked kitchen with a big dining area, a beautiful, open great room area and the bedroom was nice and big with a king bed. We loved that there are windows all across both sides of the unit so no matter what room you're in, you have a great view of the bay. The best part was the doors that open to the balcony and overlook the bay. The unit is right above the marina, and we spent so much time sitting out there and watching the boat traffic, everyday that we were there. All of the tour boats come in there to give their passengers a view of the bay and there is always something to watch. At home, we live on Lake Erie, so we've seen many big boats, but the boats that come in and dock here are unbelievably huge! The only thing that we weren't crazy about was the lighting in the bathroom. There is only one small light in the ceiling and it was very difficult to get ready in there because it was not lit well at all. Having never been to St. Lucia before, we weren't sure what to expect, but this was a fabulous place to stay! Many people on the forum suggested that we rent a car but honestly, there is no way that we would have been driving on the roads, which are constantly curving, and we would have never driven them at night! Even without a car, we were fine. There are plenty of restaurants on the bay, the best being at the Marigot Bay Resort. When you rent this unit, you get to use everything that the resort has to offer and it's right next door. I have to say that the resort was amazing and the staff there was fabulous! They did everything possible to make sure that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Much of our time was spent at their gorgeous pool and restaurants. It was also nice that there is a small grocery store under the unit, that had a nice selection of things. Simon, the owner and Pauline the property manager were great to deal with. Anytime we had questions, before our trip, they always got right back to us and were very helpful. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

Marigot Bay Marina Village

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation in Saint Lucia, and this apartment was one of the ‘Stars in the Show’ in our holiday experience. Occupying the top floor of the building, the flat is very large, and is attractively decorated in cottage style white wicker, accented with colourful fabrics – couches, cushions and window seats. The French doors to the balcony open to the panorama of Marigot Bay with the comings and goings of the cruising yachts, the super yachts and the colourful small boats selling woven hats and bananas. We spent hours on the balcony over breakfasts, lunches and sun downers, all the while watching this activity. We are recreational boaters ourselves, so it was fun watching the seamanship of the super yacht crews, who are in charge of very, very expensive boats. As a location, Marigot Bay is centrally located in Saint Lucia, so exploring north to Castries, Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island is an easy jaunt. South to Soufriere, the Pitons, and the plantations is an hour’s drive, give or take. We found that the grocery at the marina had most of our requirements, particularly after the super yachts started to arrive. A larger market is a short taxi ride away. The restaurants around Marigot Bay are all excellent and we would encourage visitors to try them all. A huge plus for us was access to the adjacent five star resort hotel with its two beautiful infinity pools. Several times we spent the whole day enjoying swimming, reading our books and appreciating the sushi and other tasty offerings at the pool side bar. The team who will look after you in the most friendly and efficient manner include Simon, the owner, Pauline who will check you in and out and answer all your questions as to what to see and how things work in the apartment and in Saint Lucia, and Cornelius who you will meet if you decide to take a fast ride in ‘Smooth Operator’ his colourful , open 26 foot skiff. Our thanks go out to Simon, Pauline and Cornelius for a wonderful experience. We hope we have an opportunity to return to Marigot Bay Marina Village.

Perfection

Was beyond perfect! Apt is beautiful w/the best views of the sea & marina! We loved watching the boats & people change everyday. The 7 Resturants all within a water taxi away (which was a nice plus) Full use of the resort which is absolutely gorgeous! I used the gym every morning there & we loved the pool area w/the fantastic food. The island across the way has rentals of paddle boards, mini boats, kayaks, etc & the Doolittle Resturant makes the BEST frozen mojito’s! 😬 I usually don’t travel to the same place twice but we will definitely be coming back here! Thanks for everything!

Marigot Bay Is Beautiful

This was our first visit to St. Lucia. We stayed nine days. We arranged with Pauline (Property Manager) to have our driver (Moses) meet us at the airport for the 1+ hour trip to Marigot Bay. Pauline had suggested that we use a driver and it was, without a doubt, the best decision we made during our stay. The main road from the airport to Marigot Bay is "drivable" but not for the faint of heart. All other roads on the island...you drive at your own risk. Moses even stopped at the main grocery store in the Castries so we could pick up supplies for the apartment. Marigot Bay has a small "gourmet" food store right on the property but we were extremely disappointed in it's very limited choices. Maybe during the off-season they reduce stock but the store was little or no value to us during our stay. Pauline met my wife and I at the apartment, made us feel right at home and answered all our questions in regards to the apartment, restaurants, sights, etc. The apartment is just as advertised. Very spacious and has without a doubt the best view of Marigot Bay. We were a little disappointed that because of it being off-season, a couple of the restaurants we hoped to dine at (Masala, Hassey's) were closed. Outside of that, our stay was probably one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. You have full access to the beautiful pools at Cappella Resort which we took full advantage of. Being off season, we were delighted that on some morning we were the only ones at the pool. This was great because the beaches of St. Lucia are not at all impressive. OTHER ADVENTURES: We had Moses drive us to Jade Mountain Resort for an anniversary dinner which was second to none. (Highly recommend) We had Pauline arrange a half day boat ride with her husband, Cornelius to explore the island by sea. (Fun day) We also arranged for horseback riding at Atlantic Shores. (Lots of fun.) All in all, St. Lucia is a very remote but very beautiful island.

Best place on the island

My husband and I had a wonderful 10th anniversary trip staying at this property. After driving throughout St. Lucia we confirmed that our apartment in Marigot Bay was in the best location, had the best view, and the best neighbors.
