Private access to the beach. 43 "Samsung and SKY digital TV. HDTV with all channels including combat. Full kitchen. Total privacy, quiet, land of 1.200 m2. Gated community with 24h security. Parking for 6 cars. WIFI with 100% signal.

The house is located inside a condominium at km 174 of Rio-Santos highway, right after the As Ilhas restaurant.

In Barra do Sahy there are very good and typical restaurants, such as Tiê and Fundo de Quintal, bakeries, pharmacy, convenience, markets, fishmongers. The beach is quiet, especially in the corner where the house is. It has a coastal trail that leads to the natural pools.

Great place with a stunning view !
The view from the condominium is amazing. Simply stunning ! And hearing the waves rolling in to the beach day & night is magical ! Barra do Sahy is very quiet and safe with great places to eat. The beach is fantastic ! Be prepared for a small workout when going down to the beach through the lush garden and coming back up (240 steps...). The apartment is spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Charlie is a wonderful host ! His friendliness & hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended !

A nossa estadia foi perfeita. Fomos conquistadas pela vista e cientes da escada de acesso até a praia pela trilha!!! A vista da casa compensa o esforço para se chegar a praia, ainda mais com o conselho do anfitrião "vai tranquila e não esqueça de respirar ritmicamente na volta ( parece besteira....mas NÃO É !!!)".... <3

Super rustico e com uma vista de tirar o fôlego
So tem alguns pontos negativos, o que pra gente nao foi mto significativo, por isso a avaliacao geral eh otima! Fica no alto do morro, o acesso a praia eh via escada de pedra e eh bem ingrime. Nao da para sair sem carro de la e o acesso a casa tb tem uma ladeira e escadas. O imovel tem todas as facilidades, inclusive churrasqueira. Eh limpo, as camas sao confortaveis, roupa de cama mto boa (cortesia do proprietario, que eh mto atencioso e gentil). A vista compensa qualquer “empecilho” e a cortesia do Charlie tb. Ideal para casais que querem sossego, privacidade e uns dias curtindo. Ate com chuva estava bom!
